Oscars has the most unpleasant customer service I've ever experienced. Â My office ALWAYS orders breakfast with them and they so RUDE on the phone, especially if you have any questions about what's on their menu (even though there is not one available online) . There is attitude when you ask for an order total (and even then sometimes they pretend they are getting a total and just hang up on you). OH, forgot to mention that 9/10 times they get something wrong on my order. Â Unfortunately there are not many breakfast places in the area so I've had my share of HORRIBLE experiences with Oscars.
Review Source:The owner retired and now the son runs the place. Â He is not very professional and a bit rude. Â Ever since the father retired the place is not the same. And the son fired my favorite waitress too. Â I go to the dinner around the corner, better food and the owners and the staff are very kind.
Review Source:I grew up in the Millburn area, and used to go to Oscars all the time. Â Now, I live in San Diego, so I don't get to go quite so often, but you better believe that every single time I'm back to visit family, I make a bee-line for Oscar's, and not just for me... The whole family is excited when I come back home with a bag full of Oscars Subs.
