Rockn' Joe

I will definitely be going back!  The food was good.  Granted I only had a bacon, egg & cheese sandwich but it was definitely yummy.  The portion size was good too.  It wasn't an enormous monstrosity of a sandwich.  It was just perfect for me and my picky 8 year old who exclaimed "I know why they call it Rockn' Joes cause this food is rockin!"

Went to Rockn' Joe's with a Groupon and was disappointed  with the food and lack of service.  OK, I get that it's a coffee house and maybe I shouldn't expect gourmet food and outstanding service.  The $9.95 ham and cheese quiche was very salty and tasted more like mac & cheese in pie crust.  Staff was not friendly, no one came over to ask how the food was or if we needed anything.  We cleared away our own dishes and quietly left. Maybe, it was just a bad day as it was a long line to place our order.  However,  it's unlikely that I would return with or without a Groupon.

Friendly staff, and though the service is a tad slow, the drinks are made with care (my mocha had a pretty design in the foam) so I think it's worth the extra minute or two wait over going to Starbucks!  The atmosphere is nice & they have free WiFi so I might go with my laptop to do some work. I haven't tried the food here, but I intend to! Particularly the desserts, which look incredible!!
