My wife and I have ordered from this restaurant on numerous occasions and the food has been decent, but my experience today on a take-out order was horrible. Â They over-charged us for pizza with 2 toppings and the explanation given to us was that the prices changed. Â I have never in my life seen a restaurant increase their prices by 27%. The best part is that the revised price is not reflected on menus inside their restaurant or on their website. Â We asked 3 employees to give us the price and it was different on every single occasion. Â We asked for onions on our pizza and asked them light on onions and they charged us for onions + light onions. Â I'm still trying to figure out what is light onions. Â The manager has the audacity to tell us that he did not develop the website and therefore cannot be held accountable for the price listed on it. Â One thing is for sure that they lost our business for good today as there are tons of other restaurants in the area that would not behave so poorly with repeat customers. Â If you do go here, please double, triple check the prices.
Review Source:Pretty good pizza, really good ravioli, nice cheese. Actually, all the food is at least good and some is very good. But the experience could be very much improved. I could do without the oversized tv blasting the too cozy (read: small) dining area. As if anyone wants to watch soccer, anyway. This is America -- despite the world's attempts to shame us into embracing a sport so dull that a 1-1 game is considered a thrilling contest, we remain stridently uninterested. There ought to be at least one table big enough to accomodate five and the "outdoor seating" is all two-chair tiny tables, one with a giant hydrant thing sticking out of it. Plus, all Pepsi products, which I do not prefer.
Review Source:Inconsistant, describes my experience at Pizzeta. The first few times we had pizza from here it was fantastic. Thin crust, quality ingredients and cooked perfectly. However there were a few times our pizza was underdone and very doughy. The 20 or so times we were here about 10 were great, 5 were okay, and 5 were not so good.
They really do have a unique method of cooking these delicious thin crust pizzas, they just need to make sure they have someone good at the helm to watch over the young staff.
