Where to start... I suppose I shall start with the outside. N/Q 36th Ave train station conveniently located down the block from the club. Saturday night, parking was actually alright to find. Bouncers were friendly which is always a plus in my book. They understood the meaning of going out to have a good night so they didn't lay down those uptight attitudes. Although there was a line, we didn't wait outside for more than 10 minutes.
Inside the club: spacious, decent lighting, didn't really get to feel out the decor of this place. Now about that sound system, either the stereos were no good OR all of the DJs were no good, I want to say the stereos were a little out of tune, maybe?
I didn't try drinks at the bar, being that I was at the VIP section so I can't speak on the bartenders' mixing and conjuring of drinks, but bartenders were very courteous. Staff was attentive to making sure we were fine with our section, bottles and hookah. I don't do hookah but it smelled delicious so I'll assume it was good hookah.
Overall, I had a good night, the company I was with were great friends and naturally that leads to a great night. DJs were highly repetitive with song selections and did poor transitioning throughout the night but regardless of that, it's a decent spot for dancing. Doesn't make it to my go-to spot for clubbing but it's alright.
I was searching on yelp for places to go to for my birthday and found this place, but wasn't sure about it since it only had 2 reviews, so I decided to take the chance and I'm glad I did. The atmosphere was great and I danced my butt off the whole night to a little bit of everything-merengue, bachata, salsa, hip hop, reggaeton, reggae, house. I really liked that they had free shots for ladies before 12am so I definitely took advantage of that. The man who attended us was really nice, however he failed to mention that were bottle specials so we ended paying more, which is why I had to deduct a star(gotta ask next time). Overall, I had a great time and was even left sort of deaf and my ear was ringing the next day from the LOUD music.
Review Source:I was planning to go here for my birthday and I was not aware that on that Friday it was going to be closed. The flier said every Fridays there's something going on and it totally threw me off when I arrived and I was EXTREMLY upset. I will never even try to come bak here to avoid this same problem. They should update their fliers/ events.
Review Source:a friend of mine threw a party here not too long ago so it was my first time actually coming here . the decor was definitely more upscale than a few other clubs i've been to , that's the first thing i noticed . BEAUTIFUL ! . . the security and  staff were really laid back and chill for the most part . . definitely recommend it for a night out
Review Source:So I celebrated my birthday here in February. 18 to enter for females; 21 for males. Good thing is that the guestlist got me and about 10 buddies in for free, which is before 12, but what happened was that we pre-gamed at my crib and got there like 1 min before 12. At first we almost got denied but of course I used the "c'mon its my birthday line" that worked. So boom now were inside and in there was a mid crowd in there. So my cool sisters got me the B-Day package (2 premium bottles, 1 champagne, 1 hookah, & I think cake-IDK) for $288. So we wanted to be seated near the pillow seats but the waiters were being pricks and said that we could'nt sit there, they were just intimidated to kick people out of there because again we are buying the bundle. Next so the hookah was pretty good, the music spanish mixed with top 40 which was not bad. The crowd got better as the night went on. It had a weird dance floor which was a floor surrounded by metal bars that looked like stripper central...btw the go-go dancer was hot(let me tipped her too ;)). Overall I got wasted and had an alright time. Would I be back? Perhaps in the summer.
Review Source:Attended for the first time and not impressed. Advertised as an upscale lounge and the clientele last evening were not as such. A dress code should be enforced, particularly for the men. The music was not fluid and often times the dance floor was empty, not to lack of party goers, but lack of music continuity that transcended rhythm. For those that truly attended the Palladium in NYC back in the day, this is no comparison by far. A better name would have been "Palido".
Review Source:i was very skeptical on going to such a new place but we had such a great time. the decor is very upscale and classy. the music was GREAT (merengue, bachata, reggaeton, hip hop), the birthday package was awesome for $299. the waitress was such a sweetheart and very, very attentive that we were comfortable and on point with the ice, drinks and whatnot. i could say that the ONLY down side was the wait in line at the door to get in. ummm not sure what that was about, but once we were in it was all good.
