Why go to Papa Johns when there are plenty of other establishments that value their employees. The pizza is not particularly good, nor particularly bad, therefore going elsewhere is not a hard decision, but when you factor in the CEO's outrageous comments post election, it's hard to justify going.
Review Source:8 wings instead of 10 and the price is still the same. Â Not enough sauce on the pizza and will not be ordering from this place again! Â Not to mention the $2.50 delivery charge and then you have to tip the driver on top of that because the $2.50 does not go to the driver! Â Rather get a tombstone from the store!
Review Source:Don't waste your appetite and your time!!  Called to place my order and they must have asked me to repeat my order and my delivery info (3) times.  After waiting over an hour and still no pizza, I called and asked for the manager  who could not find my order according to my delivery info.  She took down my numnber an said she would call back asap.  No call however the pizza arrived (magically) and the delivery driver stated ove the inter com:  "Papa John's--open up Now!"  Really??  He walked up with pizza in hand and was on his phone screaming away probably to his manager.  I asked him and finally told him to get off the phone and after I signed for the za, he immediately got back on phone and contunued screaming into the phone.  I told him to get off the phone and get out of this place right now or I call his manager or the cops.  He slowly made his way out still yapping away.  I called the manager who was none too helpful or receptive and said your pizza has arrived.  I complained and she said nothing but your pizza has been delivered.  By the way, the pizza was pretty terrible.  Lesson learned, order from a real pizza place -- choices are endless in town.  Papa John's -Evanston- on Benson is poorly managed and as a result, this trickle down effect - passes to all line staff.  I hope Papa J  closes this location down.  All of these reviews are pretty dismal!!
