My wife is a big fan of Pizza Hut's pan pizza. Â It has that buttery crust that helps make it taste good. Â I'm not as big of a fan of hers but I have to admit their $10 deal to get a large pizza with all the toppings you want is a good deal. Â We usually have leftover pizza to bring home
Review Source:We ordered two pizzas tonight at approximately 5:45 PM. Â When all the company had arrived, we started to chat and lost track of the time. Â Over an hour later we realized the pizza had still not arrived. Â We called and found out that they had cancelled our order because "your phone number was disconnected." Â It was not. Â We had also ordered from them recently, and had not had any issues with an incorrect phone number (they still charged us). Â They said it was a new policy to only deliver to addresses where the number was verified for "safety purposes" (still trying to figure that one out).
They had to remake our pizzas because they were cold. Â They did not apologize. Â They said it would be ready and at our door within a half hour. Â A half hour later, still no pizzas. Â It had been almost two hours since we had originally ordered. Â We called again and told them if it wasn't here soon we were going to cancel. Â They promised it would "be there any minute" and gave us the pizza for free. Â 5 minutes later the delivery driver gave us our free pizzas.
We were rewarded for our patience with a pubic hair baked into the crust of one of the pizzas. Â Classy.
My friends and I go to dinner there on a Wednesday maybe Thursday. It wasn't busy at all. We each ordered something different (mind you there was only 4 of us) since we didn't want to share a pizza. It took 30 minutes and they only served us 3 dinners. We waited another 5 minutes assuming they were finishing the fourth. Nothing. We got the attention of the waiter to check on the status. The 4th dinner was never started. He blamed it on the cooks and said it'll be another 15 minutes (it was a p'zone). We will still charged for it and didn't even get an apology. Sometimes they're good but when they're bad, they are horrible.
