Platinum Plus Playhouse 3

I try to support businesses in my neighborhood as well as the karaoke hostess.  This place is an old bowling alley with the wood from the lanes still intact as the dance floor, which is huge.  The front room is nice enough w/ cool seating and a pool table, big screen tv, etc.  I'm a stickler for details.  My drink was served in a plastic cup with tonic poured from a bottle, not a gun so it was kind of flat.  Cocktails should be served in glasses with fresh mixers.  The floor in front of the bar was raised and sketchy as it buckled a bit under my feet like it was partly rotted.  They need to fix that.  I wanted to start a tab and was told they only take cash.  Really?  It's 2013 and you don't have the ability to take my debit card?  Really?  Might want to cover the bare light bulb in the men's room.  Looks kinda ghetto.  The crowd was a pretty even mix of white folks and black folks.  It was a Tuesday night so the number in said crowd was maybe 20.  Oh yeah, and the woman sitting behind the bar smoking a cigarette?  BIG negative!  This is a non-smoking venue.  I hope this place makes it.  Hard to tell at this point if it will.
