Potbelly's

Normally Potbelly is good.  This one is not.  The last  3 times (and it will be the last) I have ordered delivery from this location, the order is accepted, confirmed with a delivery time only to be followed up by a phone call 45 minutes later.  The phone call is to tell me that it will be an additional HOUR to 1:15 more.  "We only have one driver and he got slowed up on his last delivery." or "We are really busy."  or some other garbage.  Absolutely pathetic way to run a business.
If you know you are extremely busy, HIRE ANOTHER DELIVERY GUY!

Also, why do you wait 45 minutes to tell me that it's going to be another hour?  Bad.

Excellent Management & Care for customers. I ordered and forgot my wallet.  Since i am a regular the manager saved me the trouble of running back home prior to eating. I was more than happy to come back for his kindness & will definetly be telling my friends to do so as well. Great management!

Disclaimer: I love Potbelly. I think it is generally delicious, and I like that it's a local chain. But, two points to make:
1. Agreed on the post below about ice cream. It can be hard to find a decent ice cream place around here, especially one that is open at night. Potbelly fits the bill, although sometimes I forget about it when I'm thinking ice cream.
2. I have always had excellent service at this Potbelly. Everyone who works there is nice and efficient, and they have never gotten an order of mine wrong.
