Potbelly's Sandwich Shop

Honestly if the food wasn't so delicious all the time, I wouldn't go. They always ethier mess up my order or forget to make the sandwich all together..and it's happened at multiple locations too. At least the one on clark and the one on diversey gives me a free sandwich or cookie for it (yes it's happened that many times) or at the very least act like theyre sorry.

At this location, nothing. And they even have some guy with an ipad taking the orders. Obviously technology did not win this time.

Depending on the day, the food gets 4 or 5 stars..the service, not so much

My favorite place to get a sandwich in Chicago!
Fast, reasonably-priced, unique atmosphere, quality food and occasional live music.
Caution: Ice cream sandwiches may cause food-induced orgasm.

Its a Potbelly's not sure what else you need to know. What I can say is that the line here can get long at lunch and in between classes at DePaul across the street. Plan accordingly.

That said, the line does move pretty quickly AND there is plenty of seating now that the weather is starting to turn with the patio seating now open.
