I don't know who these crazy people are that are saying it's just an ok place. This place is great ! I've been there for food and for just drinks. The staff is so friendly. They make you feel like home. The beer is always delicious too. I was lucky enough to meet the manager a few times. Jimmy ? Josh ? I'm not sure but I can tell you that he is some serious eye candy. He also has a rapport with his staff and his customers. I just like looking at his bum

Ri Ra has been really good to me and my fiancee this summer. They have good beer selection, and I like the little touches like the shandies. Their food is quite good for the money, especially during their half-price appetizer times. They have live music Friday nights, but we prefer the Sunday evening Irish sessions. The atmosphere is good, the wait staff is really friendly, and we really like the Irish feel. It's a great place to come on a summer evening and just relax over a slow dinner with cool drinks, especially after a long week at work.

Let's see, where do I start? I haven't been here for dinner, so I will say nothing on the food here, maybe that will come later on. Then again, I've lived in Providence for 4 or 5 years now, and have only come here on the weekend for the live bands. The atmosphere here is pretty good, so long as it isn't a 'Girls Night' during the school year. RiRa isn't really a seasonal place since they're indoors, but they do have a nice patio area to sit outside and smoke. For the most part, RiRa is packed on a weekend night, especially when they have live-bands play. Which is hit or miss, but for the most part, they're pretty good. The drinks are fairly priced, so long as your not getting a fancy beer or cocktail, so keep it casual, it is an Irish pub after all.
