The Salon

This is a pretty cool little spot. It's super casual with picnic tables for lounge-like seating. The bar selection is good and the prices are low.  It's a fun bar.

The downstairs area is awesome and a really unique space. Sadly, the DJ downstairs was not very good - so we stayed upstairs.

Music-wise - I liked it! Whoever the DJ was (upstairs) was doing an awesome job.

This bar is hipster-central, if that's what your scene is.  The drinks are good and reasonably priced.  Be sure to wear some thick-framed hipster eye glasses and you'll fit right in!

Was not sure if it was a gay bar or not for the first 20 minutes. Still not entirely sure.
There are definitely better places to waste money though. And the downstairs isn't too much fun, even though $5 cover.
