Reservoir

I'm only giving 3 stars because I really do love the atmosphere here and the capt tenders.... But after my experience yesterday, I'm a bit peeved!  Our Incompetent waitress delivers our drinks and spills BEER all over me, my phone, and coach purse.  She hands me a rag and says oops! No apology or anything!  Having been a server, I would have been very apologetic!  Accidents do happen, but it's when your waitress couldn't care less that her customer now smells like a KEG that infuriates me.  After that, she comes and asks to take our orders and the couple we were with orders first and then the waitress just walks away!!!!  She didn't even let me order!  I'm not the type to complain and I know I should have!  Of course the beer was still on my tab and I got no apology. R-U-D-E!

Great upbeat atmosphere and setting for a night out,happy hour or to catch the game. Love the open to outside concept.  Even on hot days you can sit in a comfortable indoor setting and enjoy the outside.  BTW the tuna salad is great.

The Reservoir seems to be having an identity crisis.
I personally love both sports bars and upscale restaurants, but I don't think you can be both at the same time.
The decor suggests a high-end smokehouse. The patio is lovely and the bar is very nice. The menu is unusual and well developed.
Prices are above average, which would be fine with me if the service were above average as well.
However, the staff was...well, horrendous. (Unprofessional but arrogant is not a good combination.) The only smile I saw was from the guy who opened the door. Our server was flat-out rude. The manager was busy giving back-rubs to waitresses behind the bar.
I was delighted to see a blueberry mojito on the menu. Don't bother. It's a Sprite with stuff floating in it.
On a weeknight, the music was too loud to hold a conversation inside.
The food was excellent, but I don't know that I will bother to drop by again.
