Sarpino's Pizzeria

I had another good experience with this place. It's cheap pizza with free delivery. It was delivered within the time frame they promised. The only annoying thing was that I gave them instructions on how to get into my building, and instead the delivery guy called from downstairs asking if I wanted him to come up. And then I had to give him the punchpad code again. Of course you need to come up. It's delivery!

Without question the worst pizza in Chicago, no taste, cold, and expensive.  Also, meatball sandwich was not any better.

I took the risk despite bad reviews. I don't regret it.
it looks like the management really cares now to deliver good service and pizza.
Pizza was delivered within record 30 minutes, and it was well done, as requested.
Delivery guy was amazingly kind, and friendly, and professional.
I received a follow up call from the manager I assume, Thomas, to inquire about whether I was satisfied with the order. He was extremely caring and wanted to know my honest opinion.
Pizza was good. Not the best I had, honestly, but a good lunch option. There is a better pizza option in the vicinity, BUT I find that if I want an ingredient like prosciutto etc. feta cheese, or more like European style pizza or simply a bigger choice of ingredients - I'd had to go with Sarpino's. Call them, they always have specials.
FREE delivery. You can't beat that.
I'd say, give 'em a chance to prove their service and pizza. It looks like they really care.
