SausageFest Chicago

Great sampling of sausage. We tried the brats, polish, italian, and there must have been 1 more, Oh yeah, the Andouille. Not found very much up here in Chitown. Great music too! stood almost an hour listening to a local group which was great. Will return next year.

Summer fest and wiener.  Put the two together and you betcha I'm in.

The sausage selections were great.  I opted for the longest they had, 10-inch Italian.  Delicioso!!  Though I heard the aligator sausage was also to-die-for.  Coupled with some greasy homemade chips, some tunes and a bit of rain drizzles.  *Almost* a perfection.  

Almost, I said.  Coz I like my sausage big, and the fest bigger.

I know this was their first.  So maybe next year will be um.  You know.  Bigger.
