I was excited to try this place, because it looked really nice.  It is not as nice as the website or dining room makes it seem like.  I came here for lunch with a friend and you should know that it is not  wait-staffed restaurant.  You order your food from a counter and pay for it at the register before you sit down.  It would be a good place to pick up lunch on your lunch break if you work near by.  I wouldn't recommend to come for a sit-down if you're looking for something nicer.
The food:
I had the Chicken Cesaer Wrap and it was good, but nothing special. Â The wrap had the right amount of ingredients, not too carb-heavy with the wrap. Â
I probably would look for another place if I am in the area again, because the price was more expensive than what they offered.
I travel through O'hare quite a bit. Â Whenever I do, I go to Tuscany cafe. Â Typically, I find the service to be pretty good (though my last trip was just OK). Â The food is definitely on the high end. Â If the ranking was only for airport food, it would be a 5. Â I highly recommend the ravioli; the tiramisu is homemade and fantastic. Â The wine selection is quite good. Â This place is so consistent, that even when I fly through a different terminal, I will go to terminal 1-B to eat their food.
