Stefani's Tuscany Cafe

I was excited to try this place, because it looked really nice.  It is not as nice as the website or dining room makes it seem like.  I came here for lunch with a friend and you should know that it is not  wait-staffed restaurant.  You order your food from a counter and pay for it at the register before you sit down.  It would be a good place to pick up lunch on your lunch break if you work near by.  I wouldn't recommend to come for a sit-down if you're looking for something nicer.

The food:
I had the Chicken Cesaer Wrap and it was good, but nothing special.  The wrap had the right amount of ingredients, not too carb-heavy with the wrap.  

I probably would look for another place if I am in the area again, because the price was more expensive than what they offered.

I travel through O'hare quite a bit.  Whenever I do, I go to Tuscany cafe.  Typically, I find the service to be pretty good (though my last trip was just OK).  The food is definitely on the high end.  If the ranking was only for airport food, it would be a 5.  I highly recommend the ravioli; the tiramisu is homemade and fantastic.  The wine selection is quite good.  This place is so consistent, that even when I fly through a different terminal, I will go to terminal 1-B to eat their food.

I agree it's a little overpriced for fancy fast food. But the marinara sauce with bourbon is great!  My colleague liked her bowl of chili as well.  The serving sizes are fairly large.
