Summer

Cute little place, but the food is rather bland.

Summer is a nice spot for affordable Thai.  It's been quick and tasty.  I usually order a fried rice and it comes out piping hot and battles my hangover nicely.

I had heard good things about this place, but in all the years living in this neighborhood, I hadn't tried it until last Sunday. Overtired and ready to go come, I was already parked at a meter on Granville when I decided to give it a try. Wait service was friendly, but reserved (possibly cultural). Chicken pad thai was fresh and tasty. Skip the thai spring rolls though.
