Tanner's Bar & Grill

Just left Tanners on 87th street.  Had an awful experience.  We sat down at a table, waitress took our order.  We QUICKLY told her we'd changed tables. (Bigger, not against the wall) she said OK!  We waited and waited  and after about 30 minutes a different waitress ( who never said she was our waitress) brings out the wrong order.:(. We said it wasn't ours and by the way we never got our salads. A "manager" came over and said, " we'll that's what happens when people keep changing tables." We told him never mind  the salads.  ( didn't want them as dessert) Nobody ever came back to refill drinks, or to see if we needed anything else.  We are easy people to please...Tanners needs new management. Totally unacceptable service.  NOT going back

I wanted to come to Tanner's on a Saturday evening to have a couple beers and some wings with my friends. Not only did we not receive adequate service, which, to be honest, I believe it was because we were a group of females (all the men got more attention from the servers) but we happened the DJ was playing awfully loud music for a sports bar and grill that I wrongly assumed was a chill atmosphere. The DJ then proceeded to get drunk at the bar with her friend and when I casually suggested a song for her to play, she gave me an attitude! Will not be returning.

Just left Tanners.   Server asked us if we wanted refill on the soft drink and of course we responded with a 'sure'.  The bill comes and we have $9 in soft drinks.  Tell server there's a mistake on bill and she responds 'we charge for refills'.  No mention EVER of that when she asked if we wanted a refill.  No place ever does that anymore.  

Food was nothing special.  Order was wrong so had to wait for them to fix.  We certainly won't be going back.
