Crab Skillet Fries - a whole lot of fries, very little crab. Burgers - ok, not great. Looked like they were pre-formed . Vegetable Flatbread - all vegetables tasted and smelled frozen. Brought it to managers attention and he didn't say they weren't frozen. Website says their menu is fresh and delicious. I'd disagree on both.

Never had anything but a great experience at Timothy's. they pour the best Guinness, and the steaks, burgers, and wings are out of this world good. The bar staff is always friendly, and the atmosphere is very gregarious. My favorite place in and around West Chester.

Bartender young lady that works during the lunch shift is HORRIBLE!!!
She could care less of who comes in that door, while your waiting at the bar for a drink or the menus. She's interested in holding conversations between her co workers or friends that visit her while she is working....she's slow, lazy and could use better Customer Service skills!!!!

I made a reservation over a month in advance.  I confirmed the reservation the day before I was scheduled to show up.  When I arrived, I was told they had no record of a reservation.  I was seated fairly quickly but when I wrote a letter to management to complain, I was basically told that I had anger issues and this was my problem.  With management like this and horrid customer service, I don't expect the place to stay in business much longer.  Do yourself a favor and go into town to one of the MUCH better and more accommodating options.

My parents have been to Timothy's many times, i have gone with them twice, the first time was good, i just had a chicken Cesar salad for lunch, the salad was large and was very good (it's pretty hard to mess up a salad!) Last night we went for dinner, my mom got a chicken sandwich she said it was pretty good, my dad got a crab cake sandwich which was "eh okay" and i had chicken tenders because i was not very hungry....theese chicken tenders must have been laying in the Sahara desert because they were so dry i needed 2 glasses of water and 2 cups of sauce....that didn't help, the BBQ sauce tasted like they put perfume on it or something..my whole family noticed the fragrance of flowers, so i guess if you like chicken salads this is the place...if you want something else go anywhere but here.

Stopped in for Sunday brunch, so glad we did. They have an omelet bar, waffle station, all you can eat breakfast buffet, and all the accompaniments that go along with it. Fresh fruit, many different choices of bread, donuts, bacon, sausage and so much more! Great value as well! Will definitely come back! The only reason I didn't give them 5 stars is because they use syrup packets and not fresh, warm syrup. Get a crock pot and do it that way! It's so much better!!! See you soon!

My son and I have been there twice now, both good experiences. Our server brought us corn chips and cheese dip to munch while we read the menu.,Today, my grilled salmon with citrus asparagus salad was just to my liking. Salmon: lightly crisp on the outside and tender perfection on the inside. The lightly cooked asparagus was surrounded by fresh greens, slivered almonds and Mandarin oranges. The dressing was lime vinaigrette -yum! My son's burger came with sweet potato fries. He really liked it. We were there for lunch, and the noise level was pretty high, but it is a tavern. The service was pretty good, though I could have used a refill on my coffee. None came. Aside from that, our lunch was just right. All in all, this is a vast improvement over the greasy spoon Courtyard Inn that used to be in the same building. Don't skip this gem if you're looking for a nice lunch.

Terrible take out tonight. The ribs had a lot of grissel, ff's were soggy, and the corn bread was split in two and very small. My first time here after moving to West Chester. I definately will not order ribs again. Maybe their sandwiches are better.

The food is bad the service was bad. I agree with the person who wrote " McDonald's is next door and is a much better option".

There are too many good restaurants out there to settle for this place.

Had lunch there and it was amazing.  The Colorado Chicken Sandwich was really good.  The sweet potato fries were just right.  The wait staff was friendly and attentive.  Definitely a do again!

Went with my brother and wife while visiting them.  They said this was their place of choice at least once a week.  After eating there, I'm not sure why.

There are a lot of items on the menu, yet at the same time there is nothing.  The restaurant doesn't focus on one particular style of food, which means your choices still remain limited.  The bottom line is that this is a bar that is hoping to also make it as a small family restaurant, and that just doesn't work for me.

I finally settled on the BBQ ribs, which were just awful.  Fattiest ribs I've ever eaten coupled with a very OVERBAKED baked potato which was tough and dried out.  The cheese steak stick appetizer was probably the only good thing I had on the menu.

If you're looking for beer or other mixed drinks, then this place is probably a good selection.  Unfortunately if you're looking for dinner, you may want to keep driving down the road.

Very disappointed in the fact that there are several handicap parking spots out front but there was no break in curb or ramp that allowed wheelchair access. When I asked to speak to manager they had no solution nor did they offer me any help in getting my husband into the restaurant. When I inquire as to whom I could address my concerns I was told that I would have to try and find the name of the owner of the shopping center strip and write a letter.
In my opinion this is unacceptable and furthermore I have to think it is illegal. You cannot pretend to be handicap accessible by just putting blue paint in a few parking spaces.

Went on a weekday night. It was a promotion for my daughter's school. Arrived to a host stand with no host. Waited a couple minutes while host finished her conversation with other severs at the back of the restaurant. Sat and greeted after 10 minutes, which afforded me plenty of time to look at their seemingly decent  beer selection.  I ordered a wheat import from the menu. Waiter came back and said they were out.  I asked if they had any other wheat beers aside from Blue Moon.  Yes, the one you just ordered and we are out of.  OK. I  then asked for the dogfish head 60 minute ipa. Waiter came back and said that they swapped that beer for..wait for it...Rolling Rock. Huh? I then asked what Victory seasonal was on tap as was advertised. Hop Devil. But what about your advertised "seasonal". Response - Hop Devil.  He then suggested a Lagunitas, oh wait we don't have that either he went on to say.  Food was what I expected - nothing spectacular but not terrible. Kids enjoyed their meals and the chilli was ok.  May give it another shot but not a great first impression.

I had dinner here during their first month of operation. I enjoyed the meatloaf but had a hard time getting adjusted to the new restaurant lay out (RIP Courtyard). Been to the bar a couple times, plenty of beers available and tons of TVs to catch the games.

The last time I was there was on a Thursday around midnight and they did not have a late night menu and the kitchen was closed...Boooo!

Nothing makes me feel more at home than a great tavern. Great bar (nice tequila selection), super food (try the burger) and a homey atmosphere. Don't even think about it - just go.

This place is great.  I went with some buddies and we tried several things on the menu, and everything was fresh and delicious.  They have a great selection of beers on tap too.  If you are in the area and looking for a place that offers great food and drink, without breaking the bank, you are looking in the right direction.

Been a few times now, and still has awful service at the bar area.  Bring a flag with you to get the bartenders attention.  Last time there were 3 bartenders, one girl running her butt off while the 2 guys were watching the games.

Very bland food, sterile atmosphere.  I miss the Courtyard!

I went to the Grand Opening with friends and we found the quality of the food to be poor. The appetizers and the draft beer for a college crowd is over priced. I will not return anytime soon.

With all of the new sport bars opening it's good to see one that offers option to enjoy the many games on tv, with an abundance of plasma tvs, as well as diverse menu. What is different with this one, it offers food while we are watching games other than a totally deep fried menu. Of course it has the junk food if you want it but for us healthy eaters who like sports, there are plenty of options, chicken, seafood, offered grilled or broiled, salads. super beer selection, plenty of parking. Replaced a dingy, dated establishment known as The Courtyard.
