Tomato Head Pizza Kitchen

So I placed an order at 11:10am, it's 1:05pm and still hasn't arrived. This is the second time this scenario has taken place, and when I call to check what's going on, I'm simply told "it's on it's way". Although I do like their pizza, sadly this is the last order I'll be placing with them. Their lack of customer service (at least call to say your gonna be late or can't meet the delivery time requested), their website not being maintained/updated....doesn't help when you're ordering lunch for your boss and his team.

Don't place online orders here! We placed an order and it stated it would be ready in twenty minutes. Ha! They didn't even start cooking the order until we arrived. We then had to wait twenty minutes (with an impatient three year-old) for our order. If you aren't dining in, don't bother! The person working the register also had terrible people skills. The only words spoken were our total: no hello, no thank you, no goodbye. If I managed this place, I'd retrain all of my staff or hire more competent workers.

stopped by on my way out of all the shopping in the nearby neighborhood. service was really not very good at all. in fact, really useless. the people were nice, but the service was useless.

with regards to the pizza & appetizers, i really liked the dough but the pizza itself with all the toppings was not all that great. it felt like they were just bored with the business.
