Horrible!
They don't know what the word service means.Our server even spilled beer on our birthday girl and did offer anything to make it better. He just gave her a lame excuse that it never happened to him before (which I doubt...).
The food is overpriced and not worth what they ask for it.
Portions are little as well.
I'd never come again...

surprised about how bad of an experience my friends and I had at this restaurant.
The waitress couldn't be slower even though we were the only table in the whole restaurant... come on seriously? she also did not now how to make regular coffee or espresso or cappuccino. she did not know what an americano was! the food was meh, and the portions extremely small and overprice. When we ordered desert; she gave us some options and then came back saying that they were out of the one we had picked (make sure you have all the options that you are offering!) so we decided to skip the desert, nevertheless when we got our check, they charge us for the desert that they didn't even had.
will never go back!!!

I don't know if they changed owners, but I have noticed that the food has been going downhill over the past few months. We used to order regularly from here and thought it was some of the best thin crust pizza in Chicago. After my last 2 orders, I do not plan on ordering from here ever again. I really had a taste for their tortellini soup tonight. My husband ordered 3 for the family. After spending $16 for 3 soups, he brought home literally a handful of tortellini in 3 cups of water with some parsley sprinkled on top. Disgusting! Their focaccia used to be amazing. Not anymore. The top was completely hard the last 2 times we got it. Very disappointed that we have lost our go to spot for pizza!
