TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! I just went in for the first time to inquire what it was all about. The guy working behind the counter was SO RUDE to me for no reason.. What a dick it pissed me tf off so much that I just had to come home and talk shit about them on this yelp review. Like honestly wtf? Now my whole day is ruined by this rude ass fuck. I really wanted to buy some stuff there but oh well shit happens. Rude mother fucker.
Review Source:Gorgeous place! Â Friendly service, happy chatty customers from great energy, with SO many yummy flavors and different strengths to choose from. You can try as many as you like, and the staff will answer any and all questions about the products they sell. We LOVE "Cup of Joe" (coffee), "Elvis" (peanut butter and banana), and "Papa Smurf" (fruity). Â Going to buy "Nice Melons" next time, and can't wait to get back to try more.

Bought my first vape, and I am super satisfied with the customer service my boyfriend and I received today. Everyone that help us today was knowledgeable of their products. Great selection of flavors. If you like the light smooth flavor try raspberry snowflake, I love it. Thank you to everyone that made our experience so much more than what we expected. Can't go wrong here.

My boyfriend and I walked in so he could re-up on his e-liquid; we noticed the place because of the pretty lights and decided this place was worth a shot.
Plus 10 points for decor, minus 100 for customer service.
We were immediatly greeted and given review sheets so you could track the flavors we tried and what we thought of them. At the bottom of the sheet it clearly says  that if you buy 30ml, you get a free drip tip! We sat for a bit trying out different flavors, decided on the ones we wanted. My boyfriend was thirsty  and asked for a cup of water (not surprising after 30 minutes of testing flavors) the guy behind the bar looked confused for a second, looked around and said he wasn't sure if they had any yet. NBD, there's a 7-11 on the corner. I left to get water while he stayed to hash out his final choices. While at 7-11 I decided to  grab a 24 pack ($3.99) and leave it with them in case anyone else got thirsty (Call it a welcome-to-the-neighborhood present). When I got back, they had found bottles of Arrowhead, but thanked me for the water anyway. We rounded up our choices and prepared to pay, we had decided to get 30ml to make sure to get that free tip! The guy rang us up, dropped the purchases in a bag and told us to have a good night. When my bf asked about the free drip tip, the guy said "Oh....yeah....I think that sheet was printed before we worked out the 30ml mix and match deal. So.... no free drip tip anymore." He did not apologize or make any further excuse. After we left, my bf informed me that after they had found the bottles of Arrowhead water, they gave him one and told him they could add the $2 charge to his tab.
Overall not a great experience from a place that has been open for 2 weeks. They did not try to gain our loyalty or invite us to return. We most likely will not return.
Excellent service. Â As soon as I came in I was greeted by Erik, a friendly staff member, that was eager to answer all my questions. I'd come into the shop knowing what I had wanted to purchase but I still had a few questions to ask and most importantly, I wanted to try before I bought the item ( a lava tube). As soon as I mentioned my qualms about the investment, Erik walked me through the product and managed to get one for me to try out ( sounds reasonable given the cost of the product but surprisingly enough, this is the first shop I've ever been to that let me try it out).
Unlike the nearby Vapor spot, the store was not chaotic at all and the staff didn't seem completely flustered and overwhelmed that they had to deal with a customer that had questions. The employees there seemed genuinely interested in helping the customers rather than bragging about how neat their own setups were ( so, not lame). There were plenty of comfortable places for me to sit and the other customers seemed genuinely interested purchasing products rather than just loitering around the shop.
The selection of juices was sample was extensive. Although Vapor Delight may not stock some of the better known or more popular brands, all of the juices I sampled were flavorful and of great quality. I sampled probably a dozen before I settled on a juice that I liked. Again, Erik was super helpful in giving me recommendations based on my past preferences.
I found that the prices were excellent and I didn't feel swindled into buying anything I didn't want to buy. Although the selection of actual products was rather limited I am guessing this may be because the store is only a few days old. There is definitely room for improvement on the variety of products carried but as is there is something for everyone and everything is very well priced. With the exception of ecig city in Laguna Beach, I have yet to see better priced products anywhere ( and I typically call different stores before I buy)
overall, great store and friendly staff. I hope the store stays in buisness and grows and I will definitely be going back!

Excellent service. First time going here and Omar and Gabriel really helped me out. Have been to other vapor bars in the area and this is my new favorite. Not too busy or loud, and the staff really took the time to find out what I wanted and helped me with all my questions. Recommend this place to anybody interested in getting into electronic cigarettes. Going here for all my needs from now on!
Review Source:I was in town for the weekend and lost my e-cig at a bar. I needed to buy another one, and found Vapor Delight on google. All I can say is WOW! What a spot! From the selection of mods to the flavors they have, and not to mention the ambiance of the place. Let me be clear: THIS IS NOT YOUR AVERAGE E-CIG STORE, THIS IS TRUELY A ONE OF A KIND E-CIG LOUNGE. Eric helped me out in picking a new mod to replace my lost one, which is ten times nicer than my old one (had no idea there was this much variety) and ASH served me espresso at the bar while trying out some juice flavors from the hundreds of different ones they carry. Â They were both excellent! Thanx guys! Sux we dont have a spot like this in SF.
Review Source:Best e-cig retailer in LA. Â The service is incredible. They show you start to finish how everything works. Â The vibe is super friendly and cool. You can sit and relax in the luxury lounge. Parking is directly in front of the store. Â They have a menu of the liquid flavors and trying all the different ones is too much fun. I love it here. Â It's the best vapor place I've been to and the best service I have ever been given.
