I've been here one other time & a couple other country clubs. Same deal. Sink or swim. Go to a separate bar if that's what you're looking to do. I tipped the guy $5 on my first drink. I figured it would take care of me, especially because I'm a lightweight nowadays. I mean. I didn't think I was going to have more than 5 drinks. And that would've been a dollar per drink. Standard right? The bartender remembered my face & drink for the night. On the fourth drink, he had the audacity to comment how I wasn't tipping. Are you freaking kidding me?! That aggravated me so much. Even a month later, I still get riled up writing this review.
Review Source:I'm not much a fan of country music, but I AM a fan of line dancing. I'm in such awe of how many line dances some of these regulars know. AND it's like a trigger goes off in their head right when the first note of the song plays.
This isn't my thing, but sink or swim for $14. But boo on paying $1 for a cup of water.
It's fun trying to catch on to some of the easier dances. There are classes earlier in the night (around 7, I think?), but I did notice that the dance floor was empty for quite a number of songs. That's no fun.
