Tried this place a few days ago for the first time and was very pleasantly surprised. The atomic sauce is awesome- its very hot but tolerable for anyone who likes hot food and has a great sweet pepper flavor.

I like the wing size here- I wouldn't call them tiny but they aren't massive- I personally think huge wings are kinda gross they get gnarly veins and gristle plus the smaller size means you have more sauce in each bite. The price is good and reflects this size in my opinion. Wings are not cheap anywhere I have paid well over a buck a wing in most bars and this place is closer to 50 cents/wing.

As for the service the guys working were very friendly and the wings were ready quick but it was nearly empty so I would expect that. Most importantly the kitchen was super clean with lots of shiny stainless steel- and the bathrooms were clean as well- its clear that the owners are taking pride in the place which isn't always the case in small-ish franchise type places.

Decent meal - nothing spectacular. This time, the wings were a good size but I do remember in the past they were really small. The sauce is good.

I think the fries have a little bit of sugar on them to go with the salty. I like it.

The dipping sauce takes a minute to get use to. The Bleu Cheese is sweeter and a little runny - at first I didn't like it but it grew on me.

I wasn't impressed with their wings (but was VERY impressed with their fries) and am thinking the only reason they are expanding so rapidly is because of the extremely low overhead of a Wingstop operation.  Costs: wings the size of baby shrimp, nine different (albeit) decent sauces, deep fryers, minimum wage staff, good fries (which are supposedly made in-house at every location), and some pre-made sides.  The dining room is sparse, paling in comparison to Buffalo Wild Wings.  I felt like I was in any other clean fast food establishment.  The order was carryout, so I don't even know if they have waiter service.

Although I asked for my order at a specific time 45 minutes ahead of time, I ended up waiting in the empty dining area 15 minutes over scheduled time.  I was aggravated by the cashier who quoted everyone on the phone 14 minutes until their order is ready.  In order for them to fail as miserably as they did, they needed to wait one minute after I arrived to begin cooking the wings.  How dare the cashier tell me my order would be ready in just a couple of minutes as soon as I stepped foot in the door!

So the service basically sucks.  But what about the food.  Both the bone-in and boneless wings were small.  When I asked the cashier about the tenders, I was told they are about twice the size of the boneless wings and taste the same.  The only positive thing about their wings is that they are 50 cents each on Mondays and Tuesdays.  Apparently, I'm not a buffalo wing purist because I like my wings breaded first.  But I am a daym good critic of food, and I didn't like their wings, even if they did stay true to the recipe of a real buffalo wing.  Then again, the real recipe probably calls for wings from a chicken, not a cornish hen.

We tried three different varieties of sauces: original (hot), mild, and BBQ.  None of them impressed me.  And the ranch was awful; it was watery and tasteless.  Thank God I had some Ken's and Hidden Valley in the fridge.

The best thing I tasted was the fries, hands-down.  Salty, sweet, skin-on, greasy, and perfectly cooked.  I definitely didn't want or need ketchup on these.

Sadly, I'd come to Wingstop again only for fries!  It's worth a shot for the fries alone, 50 cent wings, or if you have a coupon.  Since I had 15 minutes to study the menu, it seemed that any combos over 10 wings were overpriced.  Don't come with high hopes!

This is a pretty simple review for me...

The wing sauce? AWESOME! I got the spicier variety and I can honestly tell you it was one of the tastiest I've had. Flavorful! Tangy!

The wings? Tiny as hell. They look like they should be co-starring in Philadelphia with Denzel Washington...

Wingstop is a bit pricy as well, ESPECIALLY considering how dinky their wings are. I say buy the sauce if they sell it in store, but stay away from eating here.
