  As an individual who has consumed well over one thousand burritos in his 31 years of life on this planet, I feel both qualified and compelled to crown this place as one of the best Mexican restaurants I have ever eaten at. I have truly never experienced anything like their shrimp burrito anywhere else. I have also ordered their vegetarian burrito, salmon burrito, rice pudding, beans and rice - all of which are fantastic. I also feel it necessary to mention that their salsa is exquisite. Again, I'm very familiar with what passes for salsa at many Mexican restaurants and, the salsa at Buen Appetito is not only a giant step ahead of the salsa at most places, but has a very unique taste which is both savory and moderately spicy. This standard of quality has been entirely consistent throughout the 6+ months that I have going been there.
  
  I was recently surprised to find out that their only location is inside the French Market located at 131 N Clinton St. (Inside Ogilvie station.) Go check them out but DON'T be turned off by the restaurant's modest appearance; and DON'T just chalk it up as another Mexican restaurant without first trying their food!

  Wow!  Really surprised at the previous reviews, I absolutely love this place.  If you wanted the healthiest Mexican food, that taste great this is your place.  The shrimp tacos are to die for!  I also love the chicken tacos, the chicken is really lean without giving up taste.  
  
  The last time I was there the owner had me try the taco salad,  AMAZING!
  
  I highly recommend this place, I probably visit once a week.

  Really terrible Mexican. Just finished two Vegetarian and a shrimp taco, and I was very disappointed in the quality. Go to Pastoral instead.

  This place has pretty good burritos, perfect for a ride on the Metra.  Ingredients are fresh and tasty.  The owner is friendly and the prices are reasonable.
