This review highlights my son's recent trip to Buffalo Wild Wings (written by my son)
I go to BWW quite often, after baseball games, basketball games, and even on weekend nights with friends. The food is always great but that's not the only thing that makes the restaurant a place I want to keep coming back to. During my most recent trip to BWW, I ordered a six piece nugget entrée. When it came out, I noticed that two of the nuggets were extremely tiny. I calmly questioned the waitress whether or not those nuggets "counted" as part of the six piece meal. She saw my plate and without any request, immediately apologized and told me she would take care of it. She came back two  minutes later with three more extra nuggets. It's this type of service that makes this BWW so good.
Not to mention the fact that I don't think I have ever not had my drink filled to the top while I am there (They are on top of their refills)
Exactly the same layout as the BWW's in Mt. Prospect, so I am assuming they are about the same everywhere else. Love the open room atmosphere and the endless amount of TV's they have. However, sometimes I feel like the place is a little too big and the TV's are a little farther away than I normally like.
However, I come here for one thing....the UFC events on Saturday nights. This is the only place I know of in Northbrook that has the fights on a regular basis. SO, when I don't want to drop the $50-60 to order at my house on PPV, I find myself venturing out to BWW's for a couple beers and some MMA action.
The food is run of the mill. I have never been a big fan of their wings, but will order them from time to time. Wings are definitely a better option to the rest of their menu, featuring burgers & salads, etc. If you plan on eating a meal like this, Meatheads or Charlie Beinlichs is where you should go before showing up here to drink and watch sports.
