Just ate here for lunch food great as usual service is horrible.  Actually still waiting on my check 15 minutes now.  Plus never received another water. Oh asked for some extra sauce with my meal.  When my meal came out I reminded her I asked for it never came back until I finished my meal.  I was sitting at the bar with my server 10 feet away the whole time.  But seemingly could not get her attention. I will come back I'm sure I love the food but the service makes my trips here far in between.

Have been to this one a couple times, but have not had a great experience every time I'm there.  I understand that when a basketball game is on that a majority of the people are there to watch it, but when there are 3 very large screens in a small area, I see no reason why they couldn't put a local soccer game on.  They did put it on medium sized screen.

In the past we've sat on the bar side and we've had horrible service...as in having to ask to order as well as ask for drinks.

I do enjoy their wings, to me they are a little on the pricey side.

Once you pay don't expect service anymore.  We were told after we paid that we would still be taken care of and no one stopped by to refill our drinks, and we also requested drinks from our server and she never came back.

Worst Buffalo styled wings and strips ever. strips look like cheap filler grocery store quality, and the sauces are awful. To use the word Buffalo in their name is a joke, no relation to good buffalo wings. Pretty decent selection of beer on tap,  but this place is really not special in  any way. Average or below, appeared that many of the customers are happy just to soak up bad soggy bar food. Me,  won't be back.

We go here at least once a month and always ask to sit in Cody's section.  He knows what we want to drink before we even ask and he pretty much has our order done as well.  My son gets the honey BBQ boneless and the girl team gets Parmesan Garlic boneless.  Sometimes I also order the onion rings.  They come with the best dipping sauce.  My hubby goes for the hot sauces.  I like how you can try different sauces within one order.

One time our order got goofed up (brought out bone in instead of boneless) and it was correct immediately, no problems.

$3.50 beer specials rock as well.

Sports bar serves approximately nine zillion kinds of chicken wings.  Been here a few times, most recently on a very busy day of playoff football, when the Boy decided he wanted wings for breakfast after sleeping in till 4 pm.  Ah, teenagers.  Any rate, even though the place was packed, service was quick & friendly.  Beer selection is pretty ordinary... Bud, Miller, &c.  The wings were great -- we got them hot, which weren't stupid-hot, but were reasonably close to that threshold.  ("Mom, they're making my eyes water.")  We also ordered the soft pretzel appetizer, which didn't work out as well; the pretzels were stale and the queso was cold.  I figured that it was just a mistake on the part of an overworked kitchen.  I mentioned it to the server, and lo, within a minute the manager was at our table with a sincere apology, offering to take it off the bill or bring us something else.  Hey, goofs happen, but when they act so quickly to make it right, major props to the management.

Between the quick & responsive service, the yummy wings, and the vast number of  big-screens tuned to every possible sporting event, I'd definitely recommend this place to watch the game with a brew & your crew.

I can't believe what I just saw in this place.

When we walked in the door a manager and 2 employees were leaning on the front counter talking and completely ignored us.  Then a server was walking toward us and ignored us as well.  We sat ourselves...

I try to order a burger and am told, "We cook our burgers at least medium well here, sir.".  That SCREAMS 60/40 frozen, rot gut ground beef.  No thanks!  So, I ordered a grilled chicken salad with an Asian Zing dressing.

While we are waiting for our food I noticed our server, Jeremy, off in the distance standing at a table eating food with his bare hands...as in his bare hands are going right up to his wide-open mouth.  He scarfs down whatever is left on his plate then makes a mad dash to the kitchen and IMMEDIATELY comes out with our food.  There is no way in hell he had time to wash his hands before handling our food.  God knows what he touched while he got our order ready in the expo window.

As we are debating on whether or not to call a manager over, we watch the bartender stand at a table and start eating with her bare hands.  She takes a big fat bite, then goes behind the bar WITH THE MANAGER who just saw her eat with her bare hands.  She proceeds to handle money (arguably the dirtiest item in any restaurant), then take another huge bite of food with her bare hands going up to her mouth, and then start grabbing clean glassware and putting it away.  Never once washing her hands and just chewing away on her food behind the bar.  All the while, the manager is talking to her...there's no way he didn't see her do it.  He never said a word.

CHECK PLEASE!!!!  We wanted to say something to the manager on our way out, but once again he was too busy leaning on the front counter with the employees talking for us to get his attention.

If you value your health, don't eat here.  DISGUSTING!

    UPDATE 1/12/13 3:30PM:

I sent a note through the BWW website and was surprised to get a phone call from the manager, Al,  who was on duty last night.  He gave me a sincere apology, made no excuses, and invited me back for dinner on him.  Although I am not sure I will take him up on his offer at this point, he did concur that what I witnessed was unacceptable, and he acknowledged that he saw what his bartender did, and was disappointed in himself that he didn't think anything of it at the time.  It was a very sincere phone call.  Even if I don't go back to their restaurant, it took a lot of guts to make that phone call to me and accept full responsibility.

Good food and great for Sundays.

Sports fans should head here.  I like going on Sundays because I know every game in the league is going to be on.

Have to stick to the medium sauces.  Anything above medium is too hat to enjoy.

I think their burgers are underrated while their nachos are nothing special.

The salads are also worth eating, but, again, if you add buffalo sauce, avoid the hot stuff.  It will ruin your whole meal.

As far as combining food and sports, this place is great.  If you're looking for a quiet, relaxing experience, you may want to head elsewhere.

Typical BWW.  I happened in on a game night for the Chiefs.  The Chief's fans were depressed with good reason.  The wings I ordered seemed to have been cooked and then re-dipped in the grease to get them hot again.  Beer was cold, that was the high point.

Let me start out by saying I am not a buffalo wing connoisseur.  I love a good wing dipped in sauce (breaded or unbreaded) as much as the next American, but I don't go out of my way to find some.  If I know of a good place, or find some good wings, great.  I have only recently been introduced to Buffalo Wild Wings, and let me tell you: gastronomic excellence.  So far I have only tried their medium and mild sauces, but even their mild has plenty of kick.  I am anxious to give some of their other sauce options a try.

However, as great as their wings are, they pale in comparison to their flatbread.  Their chicken parmesan garlic flatbread is to die for!  I absolutely love it.  It is now my favorite indulgence for lunch.

Let me also say I have never eaten at the BWW restaurant.  Most of my orders have been to go, so I am not judging this book by its cover, only by its substance.  I will say my one quibble is that their service, although friendly, tends to be on the slow side.

Always a big fan - going back to BW3 at UW Madison rigth on State Street.  Back in the day.

While it was a chain then, it's different now, but I still enjoy it.  Loud with all the TVs blaring like it should be.  Great spot for a watching the one big game - like Monday night football like I did recently.  Can get a little much when there's a bunch of different games on at once, but it's a good place to exercise your neck and your ability to ignore the wrong announcers and check your weekly sheet at the same time.

The wings - good and dependable.  Like the 'shrooms too.  In this area, I prefer the wings from the Peanut, but I like this place better than the Peanut because it doesn't feel like I'm eating in a dive bar - either real or contrived.

This spot is a little tought to find.  Tucked back off Metcalf, you're best off looking for D'Bronx and winding around the strip mall to get to it.  No direct acess off Metcalf.

Great wings.  Service is good but a little slow.  Great place to watch a game! Bloody Mary's are amazing!

I have been to this location many many times and the food is about the same as everywhere....tasty...

I have never had any qualms about this place until today when service  may have been the worst I have ever experienced.
I used to visit this place about once a month (maybe more). I am not a snob about service and don't have very high expectations , but, I will not be going back to this location if I can help it.
It took nearly 90 minutes for the three of us to eat here during a not very busy lunch hour. We all ordered off the lunch menu and had water. There were at least 3 other tables that came in after us that all got their food before us. In the end, our waitress disappeared and we went to the counter to pay.
The assistant general manager didn't leave the counter the entire time we were there and showed no interest in our obvious dissatisfaction.

I hate being critical, but the service here from just 1 experience is enough to make me not want to do back. I will drive south to the 119th location from now on.

I will give it 2 stars just because the food was still good.

Went here for Game 7 of the World Series.  Was not let down.  Food was good (of course I ordered the wings) and I tried the new mini chili-dogs (which are like eating 1.5 chili dogs - make sure you share) and had some Newcastle on special.

Great place to watch the Cards win their 11th World Series.  And I couldn't help but feel bad for the Rangers.

Always a good bet. Plenty of choices. Slightly better than your basic bar food due to their deep menu offerings.

Love their sauces and dry rubs.

Sometimes the service can take a while but lately, they have been very prompt and my orders have been more and more accurate.

Their lunch menu deals are the real reason I keep going. Never lacking in flavor or consistency.

I am not a huge bone-in wing fan but I do like boneless wings (or fried chunks of chicken) slathered in sauce.

We specifically went to BWW to watch football.  It is a good place to go to watch any game that is on. They have all the packages. Which is why I am giving them 3 stars. Otherwise it is a solid 2 stars.

The boneless chunks of fried chicken in sauce were fine. We split the mango habanero and hot BBQ.  They were tasty but in my opinion not as spicy as I thought they would be.  The beer special wasn't that special compared to other sporty places.

My main beef with the wing place....the service. At first the server was super attentive but when it was obvious we were finished she was MIA. She was walking by our table, which now had empty glasses and cleared plates, and got an attitude when I flagged her down for the ticket. I understand if your shift is ending but tell me and I will pay you. Please. I was finished and wanted to leave.

I really think BWW is a fun place for groups and families. Next time, when the Chiefs and Bears are playing at the same time, I will check out one of the other sporty places with real specials and better service.

Can't complain...great place to watch whatever game you want.  Great wings.  Great beer selection.  If you've been to a BW3, then you pretty much know what you're getting here.

Decent wings and food. Most people know bww's. This location seems to go down hill more every time I come here for lunch. Long waits for service, food and poor food quality have made this an option of last resort for lunch.

I feel like five stars is a lot for a chain restaurant but they deserve every one of them.

Food: Gigantic selection of wing flavors and every single one that I've tried (which is almost all of them by now) is delicious. Being able to get a bunch of different flavors is awesome, you can order in increments of six wings per flavor for the boneless ones (I haven't tried their bone-in). My personal favorites are the medium and the spicy garlic but I try to get at least one new flavor every time I go. I've had some that I doubt I would order again (Caribbean jerk, Captain Morgan's) but more because there are others that I enjoy more than that they aren't tasty. I also highly recommend the buffalo chips (think hot potato slices) with salt and vinegar rub.

Atmosphere: Very laid back, great for a Saturday afternoon lunch with the boyfriend when we can just chill out and enjoy our wings. There are always a ton of games showing and at least two or three trivia and/or electronic poker games going which I think give it a very fun vibe.

Service: I've only dined in at their Strang Line location and the service is pretty hit or miss. When the server is good, they're excellent and when the server is bad, they're terrible. That being said, I've had considerably more good servers than bad but the extremeness can be a little frustrating.

Price: Thursdays are great if you like boneless-- $0.60 per wing is hard to beat. They're still reasonably priced the rest of the time, my boyfriend and I usually split 24 wings and the large buffalo chips and get a soda each and make it out at around $35 dollars or so.

Overall: Fantastic food if you like wings and honestly, who doesn't?!

Chicken, chicken, chicken. I did not ate last night over there, but met with some friends before we go to a bar, but it is a nice place to go. I like their food, service might get crazy sometimes when they get busy, but in general its good.

    Buffalo wild wings...

Its somewhat loud when you go in, but it most certainly isn't a bad thing. You can tell everyone is having a good time, but it isn't rowdy.

As soon as you grab your seats, you see why. There's trivia, and the waiters are all around nice people. There is a HUGE selection of wings, all of which are delicious. The Blazin' wings could be hotter though.

There are a few gripes about this place, such as the price, which is a bit too expensive and can run you a little dry, and the wait. However the wait is worth it because the food is fresh and you can taste it that way.

Overall, this is a GREAT location to have a blast of a time with a few friends.

So I haven't had BWW in a while but last night I indulged and it was a delight!

I find it is better to go with someone cause you can split things and they don't have a chance to get cold.  Cold wings are not super awesome.

Anyway, last night I got me a big blvd wheat, half a dozen asian zing wings, some pickle chips and some onion rings - delicious!  It was pretty late and we sat in the bar so there wasn't much of a wait.  It was fairly dim so I didn't see any fruit flies or dirtiness.  The bathroom is well lit, the server dude/bartender was friendly and I left with a full belly.

What more can I ask for?  Not much - I am easy (keep your comments to yourself, peanut gallery!) :)

    okaybye.

Decent wings, decent drink, and they have that trivia game which can be fun. Habanero wings, mmhmm. Ditto that the service can be slow.

If I didn't love Buffalo Wild Wings' food so much, I would probably give this location a lower rating. They do have great boneless wings, especially with the jerk, honey BBQ, or 'average' wing sauce on them. For those that are on a diet, I'd recommend the 'naked tenders'- you get pieces of chicken breast tenders and you can dip them in your choice of wing sauce.

We always get the chips and queso here too- it has beans and meat in it and it really hits the spot. It tastes a lot like Chili's queso if you've ever had it.

The service at this location is always a bit slow when we get seated. It always takes a while for someone to come get our drink and food order. The location is also somewhat difficult to find, and it is in an interior corner of a strip mall.

I am in love their food and the wing sauces selection is incredible.

My friends and I go there every Thursday night for $.50 boneless wing night and it is so much fun. The trivia is great also.

My only complaint is that the food can take awhile.

Order a large Bass, get 6 wild and 6 garlic wings, and play some trivia.

Buffalo Wild Wings has about a dozen different sauces, and is by far, my favorite wings joint.

Oh, and they have other food items as well.
