maybe one of the worst places i have ever been to.   the food takes way too long to cook and when it finally comes, it looks as if it was sitting on the heat lamp for 5 minutes.    the waiter john, is the worst waiter in the world.   never even checked on us.   he only moved his ass when it came to giving us and taking the bill.  i wrote an email to the manager of the place but she never responded to me.    i will never return here ever again

Was just there.  Restrooms (mens) was dirty and the automatic hand dryer continually stopped and started.  We had to wait a while to get our food.  Plus they got my order wrong.  Yet food was good once we got it.  No desserts or at least none that seemed appetizing.  Actually only two ice cream and chocolate cake.

I'm a big fan of BWW, and I've been to several locations around the country.  The food at this location was just as good as the others, but the service was not that great.  The older couple next to us actually walked out and started having it out with the manager.  I have a young kid, so my level of tolerance is much higher.    It seemed like everyone working there was a high school looser and there was nobody over 18 working there.

I always get the boneless wings, and this time I got the thai curry.  It was very good.  All the other BWW locations let you do 4 of one flavor and 4 of another, but this one did not.  My kid got the mac and cheese and it was disgusting.  Neither he nor I could eat it.  The beer was cold, the onion rings, nachos, and mozzarella sticks were OK.

Next time I'll just get wings for take-out and eat in the food court.

Great regular buffalo wings and cold beer. Everything else is shitty, but hey what do you expect from a fast food wing joint!

Wings on chain, they are just okay. I wish they do something out of the box but yet to be seen...

If I could give zero stars I would .  If you want zero service come here.  Otherwise don't waste your time.  We were promptly seated, however we barely got our drinks. Our order was NEVER taken so we got up and left.  Terrible staff terrible management.

Came here to celebrate a friend's birthday this past weekend. Service was decent, but the food however was a mix bag. Ordered salt and vinegar traditional wings with my bf, along with some boneless in medium sauce. I normally dont eat boneless but I thought maybe it was time to try it.

Worst decision ever. All crunch no chicken. And sauce looked like they placed it last minute. It wasnt hot and the consistency still upheld the shape that it made coming out of the squirt bottle. Sauce is not supposed to look like ketchup. And the lady who my order forgot my carrots.

The salt and vinegar wings however were top notch. Large full sized wings, warm and tangy.

I don't know....I usually know how to fill up this box but on this place I just don't know. I usually stick to mild after a horrific incident with their blazing flavor. I still don't think I taste things normally after that day. It wasn't busy, the food was right on time, the bartender was ok and they had stuff on the TV. I think it's because it's in a mall that it ruins it for me. I'll still go back though....just no blazing.

Tried this place out last weekend to watch some playoff football. I was excited about BWW, but it turned out to be a big disappointment.

To start off, the service was terrible. We ordered buffalo chips w/cheese, but they initially forgot to put cheese on top. They also forgot to bring out an order of wings. Not a big deal, but this is pretty standard stuff that's not too difficult to screw up. Our waitress was pretty slow with checking up on our table, and she seemed clueless in general.

As far as the food goes, it was sub par overall. The ''Ultimate Nachos'' are definitely not big enough to satisfy a party of three. I also wasn't too fond of the cheese. It was basically in the texture of a sauce. I had boneless wings (Honey BBQ and Parm Garlic). Decent, but nothing to write home about. Also, don't expect a handful of desserts to choose from. They have literally two or three desserts to offer. I ordered a slice of the Chocolate Fudge Cake and it was awful... the cake was extremely dry. They probably store them in a freezer for who knows how long.

Keep in mind, this review is coming from a ''sports bar'' type of guy. Not from a picky person that goes to five star restaurants. This place has potential, but they need to improve a lot on a number of things. Service, quality of food, seating arrangements (tables are placed way too close together), TVs (terrible quality on projection screens), etc.

I was honestly expecting this place to be terrible but it wasn't bad in the end. The wait was pretty annoying and the noise level as well but I was able to forget about it once I got my wings. I ordered a platter of 18 wings, divided into 3 flavors: parmesan garlic, asian zing, and honey BBQ. The only flavor I consistently enjoyed was the parmesan garlic, the others were too sweet. However, this was my first experience with Buffalo Wild Wings so I pretty much had to experiment with the flavors but I feel that if I chose the right flavors I would have enjoyed it much more. Other than that, the distracting TVs in every direction are annoying and the awkard seating arrangement made the place feel extremely crowded. Our waitress also seemed pretty apathetic.

Would recommend to give Buffalo Wild Wings a try.

Not a bad place to catch a game. I did not not have the wings so I can't comment on them. The food was ok...nothing earth shattering.
The thing that annoyed me was one of our utensil sets came wrapped in a dirty (bbq sauce) napkin. The extra napkins they brought also had sauce on them. Can we check for cleanliness, please?!

Decent place, but after going to Miller ale house, this place seems old and outdated. Wings were nothing special here and the sauce was barely covering the chicken. They had some projection tv's but the picture was a little blurry. If you like wings, this will be your best bet since there are so many choices, but if you're just looking for food, there are probably other places in this mall that would be a better choice.

lots of big screen TVs and draft beer options
The wings are just a hype in my opinion
we got the Parmesans garlic boneless chicken wings and the blazing hot chicken wings.
It was too much breading outside in my opinion. And the parm garlic was wayyy too salty. The blazing hot sauce was a bit spicy but lack of flavor

Not the best chicken I've had! try Korean fried chicken like Bon Chon! Wished they had one in the area!

A "beer-and-wings" bar located on the 4th floor of the Palisades!

Bar: Decent list of drafts and good specials on weekends. Also, it is very clean. Behind the bar are huge 4 screens that project several different sporting events (really awesome during the Olympics).

Food: The Parmesan Garlic wings are TO DIE FOR (if you are not into spicy things)! Who else would come to buffalo wild wings and not order wings?!

Service:  My boyfriend and I came here once and had a great waitress. But Buffalo Wild Wings of Palisades needs to get rid of the waiter named Adam. We knew we should not have ate there when they decided to leave their restaurant open with no ice or cold water -- but we went there anyway.  Adam from the beginning did NOT want to be there, he scoffed when we needed a few more minutes with the menu.  It took him 20 minutes to come back, 15 minutes to fetch our beers, and after our food -- 1 hour to get our check. It was a horrible experience and my boyfriend and I were upset that our friends' first time experience with buffalo wild wings was "I'm never coming back."  He deserved 0 tip.

So lesson for the day: If you get Adam at buffalo wild wings here in the Palisades -- ask for a new waiter or waitress because he is clearly not worth anyone's time.

Its great for any sporting event. Wings are decent and the bar selection is good. Bartenders are usually on point. Waitresses and waiters are pretty good as well. Tables are close but not close enough to be a problem. They don't have curly fries as an option which put me off slightly. Overall this is a good place for beer, wings and any sporting event, you just have to get there early enough to get a seat. Especially during pay per view events. There is one thing that needs to be addressed, their hosts are obnoxious when looking for the next party to be seated. They scream at the top of their lungs many times over. I think it is time to invest in a buzzer system.

FYI.... I had a bad experience at this place and felt I should warn everyone. Some of the servers could be very sneaky so watch your CC transactions. Thankfully I save my receipt anywhere I use my CC so that I can then verify the amount against my account transactions. I will not provide specifics but will say to everyone PLEASE always check your account after charging a meal, especially from this place. Frankly, I do NOT agree that a server should EVER put a bogus tip, miscalculate the total and to top it off forge my signature!!! Plain and simple this is illegal! Not to mention I could have take legal action, but didn't. When I spoke to the manager, according to her it was unfortunate but that nothing could be done about it. I decided not to proceed with legal action because when I spoke with my CC they were nice enough to credit me the difference.
Other than this bad experience, I want to add that the food was not that bad, so I will not discredit the entire establishment. Which is why I only give two stars, cause honestly I've had better... Just be very careful folks, people who work hard for their money will understand! Thanks for reading.

Good wings. Kids had fun. Tables are very close together.

Not too long of a wait. But you could tell our waiter hated his job and was trying to not hate it. We didn't see him often, just for our order and then check.

Delicious wings and amazing potato wedges make this one of my all time favorite places for buffalo wings (and I went to school in Buffalo so I know a thing or two about buffalo wings .. mmm hmmm).

With a wide variety of flavors, it's hard NOT to please somewhere here.  I like to order a large basket of wings and get a mix of flavors.  My favs are parm garlic, chipotle bbq, and mango habenero.

So thrilled to have BWW in the tri-state area, conveniently located off the highway on our way back from snowboarding trips and Woodbury trips!

Disorganized mess of a wing joint! Waitress had an attitude with my friend after he asked her for the price of an overpriced beer. $5 for a bottle of beer? Seriously?? Wtf?!
Also, not handing us any silverware until we got our food was annoying. What's worse is they only bought 2 sets for the 3 of us after we asked for it the first time. I hate this place!!!!

BEWARE of WORST SERVICE EVER. I've been here three times and they just proved to me that their service is bad EVERYDAY. The three times I've been their could be sum up by the following experiences. When you walk in there is a huge group of people (not a line it's not organized at all) putting there names in and waiting. That's not too bad but in reality they the host/hosttess doesn't really call the names well and everyone standing around is constantly complaining and getting cut by other customers who came in later but just complained faster. In total each time I had to wait one hour each time I visited.

Once in the water/waitress will not wait on you for at least 30 min (on the busy day like football Sunday) and make mistakes (on any day). Don't get me wrong though, out of the three times one waiter (named Justin) was a really cool guy that gave great recommendations on our diner and the sauce for our wings (there is a big list of sauces). However, overall the worst service I have every received was at this place.

On a brighter note, the food was simply amazing. I had some sort of a BBQ burger suggested by Justin and it was amazing! The wings were also out of this world. Having so many flavors carefully spread out on how hot the sauce is was a great idea. Made everyone of us really want to try as many flavors as we can.

Even with the wings I love so much this place is not worth going to at all. Just try out other local sports bar for a nice drink and wings until, you find the place you like (I personally like a place called Crossroads in Nanuet). Bar/Restraunt should not be a place to get stressed. Rather to drink, root for your team and have a good time!

I love Buffalo Wild Wings. This is the only location that I have been to, and we tend to go a couple of times a year when we head up to Dave and Busters.

The restaurant is a great location for sports fans, with lots of tvs and exposure to games if you sit near the bar. The menu is vast and has something for everyone. Large variety of beers (they just got Octoberfest from Sam Adams) and they serve several options for wing lovers.

We always try to sample a different sauce on our wings each time we go, and they are happy to split our order among in half so we can try more than one flavor at a time.  I am a big fan of the garlic parmesan and the spicy garlic. Blazin' hot (the hottest) is good, but beware that it really is hot.  Wild (second hottest) is delicious as well.

I would highly recommend Buffalo Wild Wings, and suggest that you try a variety of hot sauces each time you go. Let me know which your favorites are so I can try them next time!

It's very simple.  DON'T GO HERE. I like giving second chances and this was it. And they blew it. First we waited for what seemed to be forever to get our drinks. And the wait was not worth it. Ordered the waiter recommended mojito which tasted like a sprite with lemon-aid no alcohol. Had it replaced with a margarita and that wasn't to bad.

So 45 minutes later our food showed up minus the kids meal and drink which we asked to get first. Unless your kid likes super spices don't order the naked strips they are rubbed with Cajun rub which the waiter failed to mention when we asked about them for my 16 month old. They replaced them for me when I told them there's no way she could eat them with piping hot new ones but by that time we fed her what ever we had in her bag cause the poor thing was starving.

Ok so on to our food. Cole slaw was like eating wet paper. Fried pickle were greasy and utterly disgusting. Medium wings were hotter than the spicy garlic which were dry n tasteless the mango habanero were just ok. The only good thing if you wanna called it that was the potato wedges.

After all this and waiting for the waiter to stop flirting with some girls and showing them how to use the trivia box. We waited some more to get the check and waited some more to pay.

So if u have a lot of time to waste for bad food then go here. If not then please go somewhere else and save yourself.

Went to b-dubs to watch the Sugar bowl with a friend.  Good time.  Raucous atmosphere.  Great place to watch a game.  Food mediocre.  Had a burger.  I've had the wings before at the b-dubs in Cape Girardeau, MO and they weren't great.

This review might be a little biased... lets just say if I were on Death Row.. my last meal would def. include some sort of chicken wings, they are my favorite!  So that said, a place devoted to chicken wings and sports holds a special place in my heart!

This place is a really good spot to go and grab a some beers (which they actually have a pretty good selection of)  get some wings (they have ... like 30 flavors) and watch a game... or 8... at the same time!  There are a million TV's and if something is not on they will put it on for you!

The wings I think are kind of hit or miss...  sometimes they are big juicy buffalo wings, other times they are tiny scrawny chicken little pigeon wings, you never know!  The sauces are pretty good too, Im a big fan of Asian Zing and Garlic Parm - both awesome!!  Nice spot to watch a game, then hit up Dave and Busters next door, then either walk around the mall or ride the ferris wheel until your beer and wings food coma wears off and you can drive home!

Seriously... Don't go here if you want good wings. The wings are small, overcooked and just plain disappointing - especially for a place called "Buffalo Wild Wings".

Best thing about this place... The trivia game you can play at the bar.
Otherwise - there are TVs everywhere, which is great for games but the food is mediocre at best.

Only reason why I come here: Unlimited wings Monday thru Friday 11am - 2 pm. $10. Ten Bucks! Thats an amazingly good deal if you ask me.

Sauces are great, really bring the heat when you want it. The seasoned wings, like rubs, are also damn good.

There are TV's galore and almost every sports game and channel on so you'll never miss your game when you come with your friends. Not a bad idea to throw it into Palisades mall, a hulking mass of retail and food.

What a brilliant idea to have a sports bar inside the mall!!
If you don't want to shop with the family, you can hit this place for wings, beer and games.
The wings are pretty good. Even the most spicy variant (blazing?) only provides a minor kick. They are decent enough for buffalo wings fix though.
My last visit was on a wing night, I think it was 20 or 25 cents a wing. It was practically free!
A couple of us are already scheduling to go back to this place:-D

Ever go out to eat with a friend or boyfriend during the big game & they're neck perpetually sticks out so the nearest TV is in their line of vision? Well here, you can enjoy decent food & drinks without the neck strain. An HDTV takes up almost every available spot on the wall. And you can probably bet the game or event you wanna see is on at least one of them, if not most.

Although we were here during a practically dead hour of a weekday, our friendly server didn't neglect us at all, and made sure we had everything we needed at all times.

Unfortunately, the food was regular, not bad, but hardly impressive. The wing sauce is tasty & the menu has a variety of kinds to choose from, should you have a 'hot & spicy' preference. Their fries are a poor attempt at making a potato more delish than it's original form. But, there's plenty of beer, wine, & funky cocktails to drink'em down with.

Lastly, it's inside a mall, and if you're hungry, it's a 'why not?' option.

Great boneless wings, just ask for extra sauce. I don't think the cooks have time to think because it's always rushed and crowded.

If you go any time that may be crowded, expect a wait. 15-30 minutes on game days, because this place is a total sports bar, and there's no way around it unfortunately.

That I'd say is the biggest downfall. You're forced to wait for good wings because all the sports fanatics flock to watch any game here. It really sucks.

But, on any given Sunday (see what I did there?) you can show up for a late lunch and not really have a wait.

I've never found a chain to be as good at making simple wings like BWW. They do it right.

I've been wanting to try this place for some time.   I had the onion rings to start and they came with an awesome spicy ranch dressing; I was in heaven!  My friend had the fried pickles and they were very good too.  The sourness of the pickle, combined with the batter and spicy ranch dip was unique and yummy.    For my entrée I ordered the buffalitos and they were very good too.  It had a nice blend of flavors and you can add whatever sauce you want to the chicken; I selected Honey BBQ.   Yummy!

The food was very good but I found the cleanliness of this location to be "eh".  They seemed to be very short staffed and there was a 20 minutes wait despite numerous tables being open.  Several tables needed to be bused and I noticed a lot of crumbs on the floor.   Our server attended to us very well once we were seated.   Our food came out in a timely manner.

I enjoyed the food and would definitely go back, possibly to a different location.

I love the wings here.  My favorite sauce is the Mango Habanero.  It's the 3rd from the spiciest.  Nice sweet beginning with a good burn.  It's the kind of burn that a cold beer feels great on.

The buffalitos are also great.  They are basically chicken soft tacos with whatever sauce you want.

This is also a great spot to catch a game.  Been here for the NHL and MLB.  Always seems like a good crowd too.

I've been to this particular Buffalo Wild Wings several times now and here is my take:

Wings:  Basic, good wings.   The sauces are the key more than the wings.  I love that they have so many and you can choose (1 sauce for each 6 wings).  As others have commented, the "Asian Zing" is good, although "C" prefers the parmesan garlic.

Fries:  Be forewarned- they are the skinny cut fries.  I love skinny fries (although these are not always as hot and crispy as I'd like) and the oil they cook them in is delicious.  When these fries come out hot and fresh- they are fantastic (but not if you like fat-cut fries).

Beers:  So many to choose from and $1 choices on Friday evenings.  Great beer and drink selection.

Atmosphere: If you love sports and having lots of TV's around, it's great.  Because that is the theme here, I love it too.  I did go once just to have a beer (or 2) at the bar and some guy had to sit and talk about "my boys" getting beat bad (apparently he decided I must support one of the teams) and blabber at me.  But that's my fault, not BW3's.  :)

Service:  They have made an obvious and successful attempt to have good service.  The servers, many of whom I've noted have been there awhile, are friendly and fun.  Their service is above average.  Again, I'll note how many restaurants with prices twice that of BW3 or TGI Fridays have terrible service.

Overall:  A great choice for some "food, folks and fun" at Palisades.

The first time I've been to one of these was in Myrtle Beach and I didn't really know what to expect.  By the time we were done I thought it was just average.

I decided to watch a UFC fight with some friends at the Nyack location and soon realized that this one was completely different.  The wings were 10 times better than the first time I had them and all three sauces that I tried were fantastic.

They have some unique beers on tap but not too many, probably 5 or 6 and there are TV's everywhere you look playing whatever games are one which is exactly what I want.

The rest of the food is average but if you are a wing fan you have to sample the Asian Zing wings.

After a few visits, I can truly say I'm okay with reviewing BWW.

I've had four different sauces of their huge list.

The Mild was the weakest, but had a ton of flavor anyway.  It still left a bit of a tingle when I was done, which surprised me because I was expecting a somewhat light sauce.

The Spicy Garlic was awesome but left my mouth on freakin' fire.  Honestly, this is not for the weak of heart, and it scared me off the other sauces further up the scale.

The Parmesan Garlic is a home run.  Just parmy enough to have a nice italian alfredo-ish taste to it with a hint of pepper to go with it.  Definitely the best sauce I've ever had on wings.

The wings themselves, both boneless and traditional, are pretty much perfect.  The boneless wings aren't really wings, more like nuggets in a great crispy breading.  The regular wings are nice and crispy, not too greasy, and always tender.  If you like wings, this is the place to get 'em.  I'm sure local places do them well (I've been to a few) but BWW is consistent.

As for sides?  I've only tried two. The Potato Wedges are good, but the Buffalo Chips are just not worth it.  They're a sliced potato with or without a sprinkling of cheddar cheese.  Steer clear; they kinda suck.

Buffalo Wildwings prides itself on being a hangout, and that's what this one is.  Go there, sit for awhile, have a few drinks, play some games with the in-restaurant entertainment system or watch a game (they even broadcast the UFC pay per views live for free).  It's loud but it's fun.  Don't expect a quiet night there; it isn't going to happen.

I see a few reviews ragging on the "other" stuff they serve other than wings.  I understand that there are burgers and such on the menu, but let's be honest: the place is called Buffalo Wild WINGS.  While they have other things, I wouldn't expect a whole lot out of them.  if I'm going to BWW, it's go get wings.  If I get anything else that's mediocre, I wouldn't ding them for it because it's not their specialty.

    Duh.

Service, food, atmosphere, and price are all pretty agreeable.  Go down and have a good time.  And get the wings.  If you want something else, go to Chili's or Friday's which are all on the same floor of the mall.

Went with a group of people on Saturday afternoon.

For an appetizer we had traditional nachos.  The other 2 people I shared them with agreed they weren't so great.

3 people shared boneless wings with 3 different sauces. Caribbean Jerk, Asian Zing and Sweet BBQ.  Sweet BBQ was the only one that no one complained about.

Another person got Chicken Flatbread but she thought it was too spicy.

My burger (I don't like wings..how ironic that I ended up here?) was kind of dry.

First, the atmosphere: this place is very loud. To be expected with that many games on that many screens, but add in that the tables are close together, and you will not be able to have a quiet conversation... however, they also have this trivia game hook up with other bars across the country that's pretty fun.

That said, I thought the food was pretty good here. I've tried the popcorn shrimp, the wings, the chicken tenders and those fries. All have been tasty -- nothing out of this world, but good, reliable food.

And I like the sauce options - there are more than a dozen different ones. Being a bit of a spice wimp, it's great to be able to get one with a little heat and another to cool things off.  I've tried Parmesan Garlic (liked it), the Medium wing sauce (liked it) and the Buffalo garlic (really similar to the medium wing sauce).

I work in the Palisades mall, and one of my co-workers had been talking about this place for a while so one day, with our internet down and being yelled at by every other customer, my buddy jay and I decided to take lunch and relax for a bit. It was a Sunday during football season and if you want to go somewhere to watch the game this place definitely has got you covered. There were alot of different games on various sized screens placed all over the "restaurant".(It felt more like a high school gym, then again look at the mall itself.) We were seated and our waitress was very polite and patient with us. We decided to share four different flavors of boneless wings. We went with : Parmesan Garlic, Honey BBQ, Jamaican Jerk, and Asian Zing. Parmesan garlic...a little too.........ya know how parmesan can smell really rancid sometimes, but usually tastes good? This didn't taste too good . Honey BBQ was really delicious. Jamaican Jerk was by far the worst of the bunch, not because it was my first time with that flavor...it just was extremely pungent and harsh tasting.  The Asian Zing was the other flavor I liked a fair amount. A good balance of sesame chicken type flavor with a hint of ginger.

As we were eating though there was one family seated to our left who was a bit distracting. The father was yelling at the TV screen as if he was in his own living room, while his wife took care of their child and ordered a salad to save money for said child's future therapy. I know this is not Buffalo Wild Wings fault, when you are so close to NYC , with beer and football in the same room, its to be expected. But I mean I love the Giants too, but I'll leave the screaming for another day. Also, keep in mind when I take my breaks at work usually I try to find the quietest darkest most secluded space to eat seeing as at work it's usually always screaming children and their even more annoying parents.

So heres my wrap-up: (Out of Ten)

Food: Average if you order flavors you like.  (5)
Atmosphere: Night out with family or significant other? (2)
Atmosphere: Night out with buddies? Yes absolutely. (9)
Service: Everything came quickly and each person was nice. (8)
Overall Value: I would say its a little overpriced, we ate what was fairly cheap to save on expenses, but for the quality of the food its not worth it. you could find wings at local establishments that would probably taste better and they would most likely appreciate your hard-earned dollar more.(3)
Bottom Line: Good for John Q. Consumer, not good for people who are a bit more critical of what they spend their money on. (IE: all of us here.)
