Great food, greatly overpriced.
We were planning to go somewhere that ended up being closed, so I ended up having Mexican food for dinner... again (something like six days in a row now). At this point, I feel like I have tried it all and can consider myself a pretty decent authority on the quality of Mexican food.
I ordered an enchilada plate meal which came with two enchiladas, rice, beans, and a drink. One enchilada had chorizo in it, and one had chicken. The food came in a few minutes and was very tasty. Both enchiladas had great and enjoyable flavor, the rice was very good, and the beans were very good.
My only problem with this place was the price. I paid $10 for everything, and the enchiladas were rather small. I was still kinda hungry when all was said and done, and $10 should always be enough to fill my tummy. The meal was probably worth around $6-7, and in that case, this would have been a 4-5 star review. Overall, I would probably go back, but it is not an affordable place to eat at often for what you get.
Ruse servers and gross food at high prices! So nasty actually and I live right by there so I WISH it was edible but sadly it is not. DO NOT GET LETTUCE! their lettuce is the scariest lettuce on the planet! DO NOT GET BEANS! grossest beans anywhere and I mean anywhere! BAAAAAD mole! BAD!
Review Source:Eh. No taste in these wet burritos at all. I got a basic bean and cheese, was looking forward to a loaded burrito with melted cheese, refried beans etc. But nope. It was like watery pinto beans with some barely melted cheese. I got a side of rice and beans, and it was the same deal. Watery pinto beans. Rice had no taste.
ATMOSPHERE: Â wasn't that friendly, lots of signs around that stated cops would be called if you got a drink that you didn't pay for, etc. Geesh.
Go somewhere else if you like food that has flavor.
