Cafe Arirang

What delicious food and sweet, attentive owners (who double as the cook & waiter).

I saw that this place was getting good reviews, so we decided to try it today. I used to go there when this was a Dunkin Donuts. It's not much to look at from the outside, but the inside is really well-decorated and comfortable.

I must say, I had one of the best meals that I've ever had in my life. I ordered the Spicy Chicken Bowl, my wife got the Spicy Pork Box, and we split Shrimp Egg Rolls. Everything was perfect--perfect amount of spice, every bite of meat was tender, the kimchee was fantastic, the portions are generous, and the prices are very reasonable given such high quality of food (BTW, the presentation was gorgeous as well). Furthermore, the owners seem like really nice people.

The food seemed to have some Japanese influence, which I liked. I can't wait to explore more of their menu, as it is large.

Be warned that they are closed on Saturdays.

I've eat at numerous Korean Cuisine places but never here in Eugene so I decided to try Cafe Arirang.  It was ok.  The owners I have to say we're wonderful.
I ordered spicey beef soup with noodles and my gf ordered a veggie salad.  She said it was great.
