This is one of my favorite bars in town. They pour great drinks and the atmosphere is awesome. I give 3 stars though because it seems that Saturday is "death metal make my ears bleed" music night. It is awful. Normally the music is awesome. One night they played Radiohead's In Rainbows in full. I love to go there and play pool or have drinks with friends, but I suggest going on any day that isn't Saturday.

Where do lawyers go after passing the Bar?  Why to the bar of course!  Jameson's has a large demographic of lawyers who frequent during the daylight hours.  You can (damn well) trust in a lawyer's taste for picking a bar

Regulars are poured well here (and by default, well is poured unless you ask for something different, h'yuck.)  I think the pool is free til 9:00 - two tables worth with straight queues.

It's right on the corner of batshit and crazy - a lot of young transient types make that corner home during the summer.  Plenty of chances to witness an idiotic driver, or a cop making an arrest as well.  You might even see someone jump the fence in order to grab a cig butt and then later mock you for being a yuppy.  Entertainment, folks.

Great bar for grabbing a drink after work, but leave it alone on Friday & Saturday night.
