Davis Restaurant & Bar

On a quite Tuesday night I sat down at the bar at Davis having been greeted twice with smiles before settling in. The Bartender whom I soon met formally Chris could not have been more of a delight. His social decorum was more professional,diplomatic and personable than nearly individual I have encountered in my years of traveling and dining. Cocktails were perfectly crafted. He read my mind with the creative license I requested of him. Now mind you I am a major foodie and there are only a handful of the finest bartenders in the business I trust in the area of crafted cocktails , I typically order a glass a wine in trepidation of results. Phenomenal!!! The items from the menu were perfectly prepared by Chef Eric Iverson. I was blessed at the talent and love of all the staff. What a blessing to decompress from busy travels in the hands of such personable and talented individuals. I am so happy to see the development of such a fine establishment by Owner Tom Kamis and lovely wife Evelina. Thank you Davis!

Fun and enjoyable way to dine and have drinks. I would recommend this place to anyone. They always have fun and new items on there menu. It's a wonderful way to experience new foods and drink options. Try the pate', it's amazing!
