Best thing about our meal at Casablanca today was their hot "sauce"- full of flavor and heat-well done. Â Not so well done was the service. Â My wife approached the counter and asked what the curry of the day was and the answer she received was a finger point to the specials board behind her. Â I have grown to expect poor service in general in Eugene and have no real expectations for a food court employee, but I do expect a verbal response to a question asked by a customer-as I tell my three year old " use your words please".

Â The lamb schwarma was undercooked, completely flavorless shredded meat with a sauce poured over it. Â The falafel was burnt and dry. Â The pita was cold and came in a separate plastic package.
