  Freezer burn, anyone?  That's what I got with my small cup of ice-cream the other night.  There were literally chunks of ice in it.  No thank you.  My husband says his was fine.  But I won't be going back.

  Perfect for hangover food. Good selection for greasy foods. The cheesesteak is my favorite and they have good fries.

  we just ordered lunch from Cameron's for the first time.  we order out quite a bit and have had a fairly wide range of results.  this was the worst.
  
  i bought a chili cheese dog, a regular chicago dog, and fries.  the buns on both dogs were rock hard.  it's not just that they hadn't been steamed...they were stale-hard.  the chili cheese dog had about 7 beans worth of chili, and most of the cheese stuck to the paper it was wrapped in.  the tomatoes and pickle where mushy, and there was no celery salt on it...a no no for a chicago dog.  still, it would have tasted ok if they'd have stuck it in a bun that was less than 3 years old.
  
  the fries...were good.  woot!  one out of three.
  
  not a chance i'll order from this place again.  perhaps i'm setting the bar too high with the idea of a portillo's version of both.  still, for 3.50 w/tax for a chili cheese dog, i expect there to be enough chili and cheese to account for the extra dollar over the cost of a chicago dog that had more stuff on it.
