The Cashew

This place is OK. It's got a fairly new interior. The bartender was helpful on where to hit up for the downtown KC flavor. It's all good but nothing great. It needs a "thing." You can't tell what their thing is, if they have one. My guess is its for the 30ish crowd to grab a drink or two on the way somewhere else.

I was going to give this place a better review based on my lunch which was pretty good.  But then I got back to my desk and noticed that I reeked of old, burned oil.  That's the worst thing to smell like the rest of the day.  Place needs some better ventilation.  I won't be coming back because of this reason only - almost as bad as a bar w/ smoking.

Very cool meeting spot.
