The Cheesecake Factory

I went here today and received HORRIBLE customer service. The waitress took too long to bring out my drink, and take my order. It was also my sister's birthday, and we told the hostess about it, but she did not tell our waitress, so my sister did not receive her special treat and was very disappointed. Another disappointment was the fact that gratuity was already included for ONLY 6 people. Our server did not deserve the tip, and we did not like that fact. I am never returning to Cheesecake Factory ever again. This was the worst birthday dinner for my little sister by far. Thanks for ruining it, Cheesecake Factory.

Cheesecake Factory was never anything special, but the convenience factor got me in the door. They cater to such a wide array of customers that its impossible for everyone in your group to not find something worth ordering. But their service is downright sh*tty! We has a server (I think his name was Kent) who was the rudest they come. He never came to check on his and didn't even put in half our order. I guess his shift ended halfway through our meal, so he just left. No one took care of us. What the hell kind of service is that. I hear a lot of people complained about him. He is reason enough for my friends and I to never go back. This is the third CF that has terrible people working for them. I hope he get fired and I hope I never see him again.
Avoid this place on the off chance you'll get stuck with some idiot who doesn't want to work.
OO mall has a lot of new places, so you have a lot of options.

I brought my son Nick here tonight for his 28th
Birthday Celebration.
And.. I had asked him where he wanted to go and he
chose the Cheesecake Factory.
With good reason...

Yes.. most people come for the Cheesecake, and that
may be a main draw but so is their most popular dish
of Chicken Madeira.
This dish is phenominal each and every time, always
perfect.. never dissapoints.

And.. yes.. I was a cheesy Mom and I called the restaurant earlier
to make sure that Happy Birthday would be sung by the staff
and Nick's choice of Key Lime Cheesecake came with a beautifully
decorated birthday plate and a candle.

Okay.. and I did kind of disobey my Doctor's orders..
She says no more banana's for me..:(
But.. she said nothing about banana cream cheesecake!
And.. to Jefferson, our most stupendous server, Thank You
for taking such great care of us.
I simply love this place..
For me, whats not to love?
A great 28th Birthday dinner for my son..
I did good..:)
