We were told this was not a safe bar, but we found everyone there personable and fun. Lots of TV's with football on, comfy couch in the back room to relax in, bartender was friendly enough, but more focused on the regulars. Either way, we were very impressed with how clean and fun it was.
Review Source:One of the softball teams I play on is sponsored by this place. I'd never heard of it before. But we paid a visit after last nights game.
The front room is a shotgun style bar with high-top tables across one side and a large bar adorning the facing wall. It's very divey... motorhead and biker stuff are strewn about the place. During the night I heard a few different bikes pull up outside. There is a second room with more tables and bar games.
The waitress who was also the bartender took our orders. She was attentive but not all that personable. Either way, she told us about the $10 bucket specials and offered us menus. The rest of the team assured me the food was good here. They were not wrong. Nothing fancy on the menu, but what they do serve was good. The nachos were huge, fresh, and topped with quality ingredients. The buffalo chicken tenders were dressed with a very good sweet & hot buffalo sauce.
It's off the beat and path for me... I'm usually not this far south on Broadway. But if I'm ever this way again, I would easily stop in for some good grub, cold beer at good prices.
