Was here on a Sat for a birthday... Loved the no cover!! Drink specials were awesome!! Music had me dancing (no dance floor) by my table all night! I do have to agree the waitress was slow, but after a couple of tips she was a bit too attentive... Couldnt win with that, but honestly had worse service so all in all a cool place to drink and dance! Have not tried the food, but I will be there in a couple weeks for another birthday party so we'll see!!
Review Source:Too. LOUD. Â What? Â Did you ask me something? Â Huh? Â It's TOO LOUD HERE! Â Oh, yeah, I'll take another drink.
So, I'm assuming that you're not bringing library books or something here as locals probably know that you can't here anything in this place on the weekend. Â The drinks were, IMO, over priced (three drinks cost around $40 before tip) and there weren't cocktails servers or bar lines.
AN INSULT TO MY TASTE-TELLIGENCE! Â THEY TRIED TO PULL A FAST ONE ON US! Â Avoid this place if you appreciate food!
While waiting to play a gig at the Underground Wonderbar next door, my bandmates and I decided to get a bite to eat at this establishment. Â We found that the prices were a little high for a burger ($13!), but the waitress assured us that they are established as a high-end burger bar, and that it will not disappoint. Â I had the "bootlegger", which promises Bacon and Garlic Aioli perched upon what was supposed to be a premium patty wrapped in a pretzel roll. Â I was surprised that A) the burger was so small, B) it was cooked to a well done crisp, and C) (the real kicker) there was no BACON... Instead there were little red crumbly lookin' things falling out of the back and a flavor that took my back to my childhood... This PREMIUM BURGER was topped with BACOS!! Â Not even real bacon bits... BACOS!! Â FAKE BACON BITS!! Â Upon asking the waitress about this, she claimed she had no idea why they would use them and would ask the chef. Â This is where I lost complete respect for this place... Â The waitress came back and told us that they were out of bacon, and confirmed they were using Bacos in it's place. Â I.E. Â They were pulling a fast one on us and were still charging full price. Â I'm sorry FEDORA, this is a bacon town. Â We know and love our bacon, and this was a complete insult to my taste-telligence! Â Why would a "High-end" restaurant even have BACOS on-site in the first place??? The only saving grace was that our waitress was really nice about it and made amends by giving us huge discounts on our food afterwards. Â I will never eat here again and have decided it is my duty to make sure others don't get shafted by this place either!
