I feel like every 5-6 months I have to update that I love this place. I always meet great conversationalists at the bar, and I meet conversationalists for a drink here as well. The pours are always generous, and the staff are always fine hosts...and c'mon- there's a freaking telecaster neck for the handle of the front door! I love givin' feedback on the Feedback. Oh yeah- their food is legit, for reals.

Feedback is one of my favorite bars in Seattle. I'll drive from the u district to west Seattle just to go to this place... in traffic. Why? Let me tell you. The drinks are one of a kind and usually made with infused liquors that they make onsite. The food is improved upon bar food (good BBQ, wings, burgers, salads, etc). And, the atmosphere is par none. If you like rock and roll history, or Seattle music history, or just great music, this place is for you. :).

A group of three of us went out for a happy hour extravaganza - and silly me, I forgot to check to see if they included drinks on their HH...they do not, but still offer a small discount off food items for their happy hour, that goes from 3-6pm. It might just be me, but it makes me a little sad when beer/wine/adult beverages are not included in the special pricing, but we survived. The food gets 4+ stars, it was very very tasty! I had the grilled shrimp which were AMAZING, delicious mango/mixed green salad on the side with a lovely vinegarette, and the sauce on the shrimp was awesome, very spicey, flavorful and good, and the shrimp were cooked perfectly. The husband man got the street tacos and those were very good as well. The hummus plate was shared and it was large and the hummus also a solid option, really good with fresh veggies and warm pita. The service was a little slow (we had to wait about 10 minutes for our second beer), but nothing terrible and the server was very nice. So in short - good work on the delicious food and friendly server! Needs improvement - add some drinks to the happy hour and maybe do more than just $2 off the food items.

You know, this place is cool but the service was terrible. There was only one girl working so I know it wasnt her fault.
Wide variety of liquor, I had my usual Coors Light.

Had to go option of French dip and spicy shrimp. Shrimp were really good, but dip was just ok. Very salty and plentiful.

I live near the Feedback and it has become my neighborhood hangout. The service is always great and their food is awesome (and they serve food late so I know I can always go in there for a bite after a night out)! Their cocktails are strong and delicious and they infuse a lot of their own liquors. They have live music and it is free! Not only that but they have really cool rock and roll memorabilia - including Tiger Beat magazines!

Many thanks to the Feedback for giving me a place to go, even by myself, where I feel at home.

It is our neighborhood bar and we are lucky to live close. Amazing drinks, awesome food overall, but try the mac and cheese, so yummy and great service. Of course they are always playing good music too. Love that its laid back and you can watch old music documentaries on the TV.

The cocktails at Feedback, hands down, earn them 5 stars. The excellent service and creative food are icing on the cake. I love that they take care when making cocktails. It's not a quick endeavor, as they are cutting fresh fruits, snipping herbs, and carefully choosing liqueurs and homemade bitters from their vast collection. Your palate would never grow tired! They also have several events each week featuring a certain liquor.

The food offerings are also made well. We tried the curried shrimp skewers and the steak tacos. The tacos wwere well-seasoned, and the steak wasn't overcooked. Also, their happy hour food prices are great!

If you're a cocktail lover, this is a place you must try!

The second I asked for a coke, the waitress was sure to promptly ignore me. I should mention that I did order food and was also paying for another person's food and drinks. On the rare occassion that she would return to the table, she ignored my empty glass (literally wouldn't even make eye contact) and only paid attention to those with alcoholic beverages. If you're the designated driver for the night, I would recommend just bringing a bottle of water if you're going here ($2 for a half glass of coke that they won't refill seems a bit excessive).

**Initially I gave this place three stars despite the awful waitress; however, I later learned that she added an extra 40% onto my bill despite me writing "cash" in the tip line. Fortunately I kept my receipt and am disputing this with my bank. Shady.**

I love the drink menu and the decor. Although the service is uncomfortable, not bad but some people just shouldn't be bartenders. I ordered the nachos with steak and I thought it seemed pricy until I ate it, it was worth every penny. I'll be back but maybe this time we'll sit at a table

All we wanted was a delicious burger, but somehow we ended up at an Elvis Impersonator concert. It was amazing. And I say that as one who avoids live music like the plague.

No matter, thanks to the Corpse Reviver #2, even if I died a little inside I wouldn't know it or mind. That drink is so good - absinthe, gin, cherry, served in an amply portioned glass. YUM.

Boyfriend likes to say he comes here for his rock salvation. Drum kit chandelier, guitar fender door handle, guitars on the ceiling, rotating selection of music-related decor. A little dark at times and no outdoor patio, so if you are looking to savor a sunny day you may want to check elsewhere...if you are looking for instant rock palace atmosphere, this is your place.

All the servers are consistently happy. They enjoy their jobs. They like working here. So refreshing to find that in Seattle.

Oh, and the burgers. Don't even get me started, it's 7am, way too early for a burger. UNLESS IT HAS AN EGG ON IT AND COMES WITH TATER TOTS. I could eat those all day. And, this is now one of the only burger places I visit in Seattle...although their nachos and mac and cheese and everything else I've tried are also stellar.

This local bar has everything going on. Large and long cocktail menu. Really loooooong with a Pineapple Habanero Margarita, St. Basil Martini, and the Aphrodisiac with damiana foam and black salt.

Rotating season menu, yet I get the same thing every time I go because I can't stray away...the Bourbon Walnut Chicken served with mashed potatoes and seasonal vegetables. It's.So.Good.

Bartenders and servers, including our gal Becky, are friendly and fast. Food and drinks are consistent and flavorful.

Skee ball, happy hours, music memorabilia, Tuesday trivia, DJs, live bands and an occasional Eddie Vedder sighting.

Feedback Lounge is the definition of "cool."

Oh yes, time for feedback on the Feedback.

Please do yourself a favor and go here. Have a seat, order a Red Rickey and enjoy.

The bar staff is great and the drinks are unique. Their food is also pretty good.

I've tried to like this place. The music theme is cool. The artwork, band photos, old flyers, the TVs that only show DVDs of concerts (no cable), the food is descent and there is a slightly alternative vibe going on. The problem I have with this place is the extreme difference in the level of customer service from one bartender to the next. There are a few good people there that actually care about their customers but there are more that do not. I can recall many, many incidents of horribly slow service but I will share one that really amazes me.

I approached the rather empty bar and found the male bartender squatting down going through a large storage drawer full of DVDs. He glanced up and over his shoulder and said "I'll be right with you" and continued his search. After one minute (a true minute b/c after so many instances of being ignored at this place I actually started timing how long it took to get a drink) of continued searching without saying a word, I noticed a waitress taking a look at me from a service station. She had a concerned look on her face and called out the bartenders name. He replied "yah, yah I got 'em" and continued to search through the DVDs. She watched with a look of amazement and tried to come down the bar to help me but the male bartender was making it impossible for her to pass b/c of the drawer pulled out and him squatting in the way. She asked what she could get for me, but after ordering she said "oh sorry the bottle is over there" gesturing t a shelf on the far side of the squatting bartender. Her attempt to help me seemed to annoy the male bartender who snapped at her "I said I got 'em" and she turned and walked away. He then said to me "just give me a quick minute here". I could have walked out and he wouldn't have notice and probably wouldn't have cared. Finally, after another full minute of silence he found the golden DVD, inserted it into the DVD player and then finally and as mundane as you could imagine said "can I help you?" I guess he couldn't remember my order that I told the waitress b/c it was so long ago. At this point I really doubted he could help me. I've been in situations where the bartender is busy doing something and if they can't possibly stop what they're doing they've at least said "hey sorry, give me a second" and they've perhaps explained why what their doing is so important, or ask "how's it going" or "how was your day" or some other inviting, welcoming gesture. I rarely here the bar staff say "Hi" or "Hello" to customers they don't know. They're very chatty with their friends and regulars and find it hard to pull themselves away, but the most the folks get that they don't know personally is "what can I get for ya". Sorry your lives are so miserable. Perhaps the SERVICE industry is not for you. To the staff that actually does care, like the waitress that tried helping me, God Help You!

I'm amazed today was our first visit to Feedback. We stopped by for lunch and to check out the infamous cocktails. Hubby out-ordered me with his philly cheesesteak - it was great. I had a hamburger w/blue cheese which I was thinking was pretty darn plain (no tomatoes or other toppings - just a couple pickles)...I realized once I was pretty much done with my stark hamburger, that they forgot the grilled onions... I'm not dinging down my rating or stars...my bad for not catching it before my evidence (burger) was mostly gone. Sweet potato fries are great and I really love the St Basil - very refreshing! Hubby had a Sazerac that he enjoyed.

The bar is facinating - to see all the special concoctions they're brewing (stewing?) to create their great cocktails.

Lunch seemed a little slow to the table (place was not packed) - however, we weren't in a hurry. Our waitress was very friendly.

We'll be back!

Skee ball, pinball, an old Pac Man table, guitars hanging from the ceiling, homemade liquors, a solid soundtrack, friendly staff (and patrons), and amazing drinks.

Try the St. Basil, but ask for the pineapple-infused gin - a little trick the bartender told us about. You'll be glad you did.

Having recently moved back to West Seattle, I'm pumped to have found Feedback, within walking distance of my house. I've been in about 10 times now, and have had a positive experience each time - be it for a quick beer and bite with my wife, to drinks with friends, or simply by myself and my laptop to get a little work done over a drink (free wifi).

Large cocktail selection, solid small food menu with good happy hour deals. The tacos and the pulled pork sliders are great (and only 5 bucks!). Great staff, pretty diverse crowd, skeeball and even a sit-down Ms. Pacman game. The only negative is that they don't have TVs or show any sports, but that's probably a positive for some folks....

Great local spot, and always open til 2!

It's hard to walk into Feedback Lounge and not get overwhelmed by the huge selection from the wall of booze that lines the bar area. However, the bartenders here are very friendly, and there's a great cocktail menu filled with specialties to try. I recommend the Red Rickey, a crimson concoction with house-infused hibiscus vodka (!), ginger, cucumber, and lime. Delicious. Their take on the Cosmo is awesome, too -- not too sour, and made with vanilla rum.

I had a little get-together here on a Monday night, my last evening in Seattle after a week-long stay. As to be expected, it was dead on this night, but that was fine with me because it gave my crowd of 13-ish room to talk without our voices being drowned out by a live band.

Prices are also pretty decent. I'd definitely recommend Feedback and will come back again!

Love it here. Thankfully only two or so blocks from my guy's apartment, so we go here at least once a month. Great cocktails, though I love my gin & tonics, so it's hard to get away from those, but thankfully Feedback has infused gin (!!) with my favorite being the pineapple. The strawberry gin was a bit too sweet for me, but the pineapple was just right. They seem to rotate some cocktails in and out, but keep a good number of them year round. Prices seem reasonable to me, too (typically 6.50-7.50, if I remember right). Also, all the bitching about beer has me confused as the bar is known for their cocktails, not their selection of beer. If you want beer, go to Beveridge Place (which I also love) as they have any awesome selection of not only beer, but usually a few ciders as well.

I've only had their nachos and mac and cheese, so that is all I can review. Mac and cheese is always awesome. I never get the add ons because I guess I just can't get past the fact of how great the 'plain' version is, but they do offer add ons such as blue cheese, mushrooms, bacon, etc. Price is maybe a little high ($9), but I'm willing to pay it because it's so damn tasty. I had the plain nachos once and wasn't so impressed. Went back with my guy a few weeks ago and had them with pulled pork, result was MUCH better. Go during happy hour and I think they're a buck off.

The service has never been bad for us, but that may also be because we are fairly regular customers. Overall, love the bar and I actually wish we went there more sometimes. Have probably been going to Beveridge more lately because the beer is obviously cheaper and it's been baseball season, leading into college basketball.

The front's a little intimidating due to the motorcycles and appearance of the small dark entry. But there is large private room in the back that's very well-lit, very spacious, a lot of different types of electric guitars hung from the ceiling and even pinball and skeeball, perfect for a birthday party.

The food's really good. Wings with 3 different kinds of sauce, pizza, hummus & pita bread, & mac & cheese. The waitstaff is friendly, accommodating, and attentive

My only qualm is that the parking is a lil tight. There's street parking (if you can find one) or the tiny lot in the back.

I like their hamburgers, most of their food is good. Hotdog, not so much.

They have a large drink menu, I don't do liquor so I cant tell you if they are good or not.

Anyways, the service is kind of shitty here but I continue to go back because I really like their food. It takes the bartenders FOREVER to notice that you're standing there just waiting to be acknowledged. One time I didn't have my order taken for over 15 minutes sitting at my table. The next time, it was between 10-15. It's been better recently though.

I went to Feeback Lounge last night to hang out with friends and was excited to use my http://restaurant.com coupon. When I got there, I asked if they accepted the coupon just to double check, and they said they did not. I called http://restaurant.com today to complain, and it turns out that Feedback Lounge does have a current contract with http://restaurant.com and should have taken the coupon. Better communication between the owner and the staff would have been helpful in this situation, and I really think Feedback should refund the money from the coupon they should have accepted. Lame!

I do have to say our waitress was awesome!

Holy Strong Cocktails, Batman!

This place is awesome. They have amazing drinks (and, um, stiff ones too.) I came here for the Pearl Jam CD/Vinyl release party and luckily got there an hour beforehand and got a table. The place got SO packed!

I ended up getting two drinks, the aptly named Earl Jam and then something with cloudberry jam in it, forgot the name though. Both were good. Saddened by their lack of beer selection on draft...

I ended up getting tipsy and needed some food, so I got their sweet potato fries. Those are ridiculously good and their honey/dijon sauce is superb! Has a nice kick to it.

Service was sub-par, but I'll be nice and say it was because it was so busy at the event.

Bathrooms are small, but the Blondie memorabilia makes up for it somehow.

Great music memorabilia all over the joint.

**Whoever stole two of their Tiger Beat magazines at the Pearl Jam event: YOU SUCK. Return them dude!**

My wife and I went here on a Tuesday night for rock trivia, but I have been here many times before. The food is pretty amazing and the atmosphere is funky and comfortable. The bar is great and they usually have some cool old rock videos playing if you are eating or drinking alone (or if your date is super boring).

They have an EMP-style collection of rock memorabilia, and there is always good music playing. My favorite thing to eat is the street dog, which is the best I've had off the street. Yum!

I've been there twice and both times I left feeling like I had wasted my time, calories and money.

They only have 3 beers on tap, all pretty standard (Manny's, and two lighter macros). The cocktails are okay. Table service as well as bar service were equally unimpressive and indifferent. Both times, their server and bartenders made me feel like they were doing ME a favor and like I was bothering them.

The food is overpriced and very unhealthy. The nachos were way below standards. They were skimpy on all the toppings and the cheese. The hot dogs ($9 each!) including fries were "meh" and on the flavorless and dry side. The fries come with plain ketchup. For a $9 dog and fries, I at least expect curry ketchup and fancy mustard. These were just totally standard, boring, unexceptional hot dogs. About the same you'd expect for free at a car dealership.

Last time we had wings and sliders and they were nothing special. I won't be back here, I'll just go the 2 extra miles to Porter House or Cactus for good cocktails.

One of the things we really like about the Feedback Lounge is that they visit the local farmers market to find what is fresh and use that to infuse various spirits which they then make into some pretty fantastic cocktails. Our waitress gave us a quick tour and once we picked an infused spirit that sounded interesting we trusted her to recommend a cocktail based on; we weren't disappointed.

The food here was also very good. We had a burger and the pork chop and found them to be very tasty.

Great drinks, great food, great service and a casual atmosphere -- recommended!

I love wings; and truly good wings are hard to come by in Seattle The Wingdome is ok, Wingmasters is meh, Hooters? Fuggedabowdit! But I think I have found Seattle wing nirvana at the Feedback lounge.

I've been there twice and the the quality of the wings was consistent - meaty, succulent, moist, fall-off-the-bone with a good traditional Buffalo sauce. Trust me, you'll go through a full order and wonder who stole the rest of your order because you couldn't have eaten them all. Next round, please.

Overall their menu is solid, I'm still waiting for the Gator bites to be available so I can try 'em! If the other items on the menu are any indication, they'll be great!

Service was friendly, prices are modest and the bartending solid, the venus is typical bar, but the classic rock decor is top notch and the overall ambience was relaxed both visits.

Overall this is a great local spot that should flourish. Just leave the wings and a beer out for me, k?

First time there at about 6:30 on a Tuesday evening. The service was fine, the food quite edible. The drinks are terrific--strong, interesting, and perhaps even cheap! The cocktails reminded me of Licorous on 12th Ave, but for about 1/2 the cost.

Seriously, my standby--an Old Fashioned--was probably the best I've ever had. I want another right now, dammit!

Decor and atmosphere were a plus. I wonder what it's like on a Fri/Sat night?

Dear Feedback,

Thank you. Thank you for having delicious food and awesome staff. Thank you for not having the typical West Seattle midnight - where instead of turning into a pumpkin, the bars turn into a rap video. Thank you for having a comfortable, interesting decor. And a big thank you for having uh-mazing cocktails. Seriously, I've been drinking not delicious cocktails at other places for a long time and I didn't even know it.. Thank you Feedback for turning me into a snob for Grand Marnier foam and infused vodkas. You're wonderful Feedback.

P.S. The Red Rickey will change your life. Do it.

Feedback Lounge should be apart of the Experience Music Project. Its an ode to rock with memorabilia and concert photos running amok. Having this sort of bar in the place of where a divey bar used to be is quite humorous.

Feedback is quite spacious with tables and chairs, the bar, and a couch or two. In the back are a few games and I must comment on the how nicely kept the bathrooms are. With the addition of pictures of the band Heart that john couldn't get any better. Apparently the bartender, who is also the owner, creates his own drinks which is commendable.

The food here is typical pub fair and goes great with a beer. I have had the chip platter which comes with a variety of dips and the mini pulled pork burgers during happy hour which means it cost me a meager $5. There is even fried pickles and alligator on the menu.

The last time I was at Feedback Lounge I was a bit miffed by the service. A friend arrived at maybe 5:50 which still constitutes as happy hour being that it ends at 6:00. The waitress didn't give him a last call for happy hour and when he tired to order something from the happy hour menu at 5:50 she quickly told him happy hour was over. Say what karaoke? You couldn't let a brother know happy hour was ending soon?

Aside from the waitress failing to state happy hour was ending soon and then refusing to let a friend order happy hour food at 5:55, Feedback is okay in my book.

The burger and fries there are ridiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiculously good.
I went back today and had a Manny's and a burger and fries dish and it was crazy. I think its the carmelized onion that adds a little bit of a sweet touch to the burger.

Feedback Lounge has one of the best burgers in town, and they were playing hair metal this time which is a step-up from the Nickelback they were playing last time.

Try the: St. Basil (or the drink of the week if it's Sunday)

I know I'm going to like a place when I sit down to find a bottle of falernum in front of me. In chatting with Matt, the co-owner and concocter of fine cocktails, he mentioned that he wasn't sure that type of bar would be successful in West Seattle, or whether the reaction would be "What's that? Give me a jack and coke." He might just as well have asked if the sophisticated drinks would work with the old school rock theme of the place. But he seems pleased with the support so far and whatever the context, these are some drinks well worth seeking out.

The Feedback just took first place for "Best Cocktails" in King-5's Best of Western Washington, and while I do not consider that a particularly reliable guide, the Feedback is definitely a worthy contender. And Sundays are a fine day to go: "Each week co-owner Matt Johnson comes up with a drink whose recipe might go back 100 years -- or just a month or two. Starting today, Matt will shop at the West Seattle Farmers Market each Sunday and uses those fresh ingredients in a drink that evening." (West Seattle Blog)

Wanted to post an update:

The place looks about the same, but I'm not a big fan of the service. A couple reasons:

The server didn't show us the late night menu until just after we'd ordered from the regular menu. Would have saved us $10, if we'd known that we could order from that menu, since it was past 10 p.m. Kind of annoying.

Later on, the bill came, I paid in cash, server asked if I wanted change (I hate when they ask), and since I'd paid significantly more than the total, I said that I did. The server then disappeared from the face of the planet for the next half hour. No change. Oh well. I guess I'm just a big tipper.

On the plus side, the food was phenomenal, and the drinks are creative and have a unique balance of flavors that you won't find in a lot of places. Huge props to the mad mixologist they have coming up with them!

I went here on the 2nd night it opened. I was really impressed by the drink selection you can order from. They have this drink called a Red Ricky, and its one of the best drinks around. I did have some food there as well one time. Pretty good meal if you're hungry as well.

The staff is really friendly and they are very talkative. They are a good source if you need help ordering a drink or food from the menu. The inside of the Feedback Lounge is what I really enjoy. They did a good job on the remodel from the old bar there before.

This place would have gotten 4 stars if not for one thing that happened that I really just can't accept as okay.

The food was awesome (they have the best fries!), the place was hopping but not too crowded, the drink I got (the "bruise") was extremely yummy, and the bartenders are very friendly!

But then my friend was too wasted and we got asked to close out and leave. Although annoying, I have no problem with that, and believe in a bar's right to refuse service. What really bothers me is that we asked for a round of water THREE times throughout the night and never got any, until they finally asked my friend to leave. That just isn't cool in my book.

We pre-funked here with some food before my friend's birthday at Mission at the other end of California, and I was oh-so pleasantly surprised! We were at first suspicious of the fact that her modest little corner of West Seattle became such a happenin' place on weekends, thanks, in part, to Feedback Lounge. (She was heard to utter the words, "I did NOT move to Capitol Hill for a reason!")

However, despite her desire NOT to live in a hip li'l neighborhood, Feedback Lounge just might make it so. The decor was neat-o, Fleetwood Mac was rocking out silently on the big screens, and the staff was attentive, sassy, and warm.

I always order a Makers Mark on the rocks, and you can't really eff that up, so I will spare the drink review. FOOD, however, was a fabulous surprise! The Kalbi steak strips were tender, well-flavored, and the perfect heavy snack food I was looking for. The order of house-made tortilla chips came with a nice trio of dips. Oh, how I love to dip crunchy things whilst drinking...

All in all, it was a great pre-funk spot for us in West Seattle. I recommend it for when you are next in that 'hood.

So I was a little skeptical coming into a place that has skulls on the wall and just set off a kinda rockish punk vibe that I am so not. But this place rocks.

So this place rocks because
1.Great drinks and priced very fair. I had two cocktails and one was 7.0 and the other was 6.50.
2. They have a very interesting mix of drinks. I had a St. Basil and corpse reviver. Both strong and had unique tastes.
3. Service is amazing. They are very helpful and love to chat.
4. Hot boys everywhere!!!!
5. We had the chips and stuff. They make their own chips and they are yummie.

Okay not so good things...Really they aren't that bad.
1. Parking...its west Seattle though...its expected.
2. Only 3 beers on tap...cmon......
3. The music was a little loud but decent selection. Made it hard to have conversations.

This place has a cool vibe....laid back. Plus the place is huge. Cant wait to go back.

I've been here twice now. I was looking forward to seeing what they did with the previous Beveridge Place Pub space. Overall the use of the space was pretty much the same - sans pool tables and dart boards. They did bring in some music-themed pinball machines which are always fun. The main bar is nice for sure...and it looked like there was a smaller bar in back - but I didn't really investigate too much. The biggest, nicest surprise was the new large bathroom! BPP's had much to be desired.

The menu is definintely not vegetarian friendly. Not that I'm one, but I don't like to have meat items crammed down my throat. Beware, my friend who IS a veg ordered the only seemingly non-meat item available at the time, which was spinach dip (sadly at 9:00 PM the happy hour cheese quesadilla was no longer an option). A plate arrived flowing over with tortilla chips and a small portion of spinach dip spooned into one of the larger chips. Accompanying the dip was refried beans also spooned into a chip. The beans were cooked with lard, so not veg-friendly afterall.

On a positive note I tried two specialy drinks: the Amiga and the St Basil. The Amiga was nice and tart, but the lingering egg white smell was a bit off-putting. However, the St Basil was divine. I'm a fan of herby drinks and this one does not disappoint. The ones made for me the first night by Todd were slightly better than the ones I had the second night :)

Overall I give the place a solid 3 stars. The music rotation was eclectic and the drinks were promising. It is great to finally have a 'hard liquor' establishment back in the neighborhood. I'm just hoping the menu will evolve over time.

I no longer envy the mainland.

The Feedback Lounge opened tonight, and I have to say I'm far from disappointed. They have a great menu (not for vegetarians, but far better than the West 5, Skylark, or other West Seattle destinations) and a smashing array of drink recipes on the ready. What the neighboring Beveridge Place Pub is to beer, Feedback is to liquor. So, bring your wallet and designated driver.

I'm a hater, it's true, and I'm very very happy to say that I'm totally happy with what they've done with the space. Anticipation for the grand opening was huge for the whole neighborhood, and the event was a chill, crowded, awesome success from my angle. If things are going to improve, yelp might have to implement a 6-star rating system.

So, Belltown friends, sell your condos. There's no reason to think that West Seattle doesn't rule. Now, for what it's worth, we have the best of all worlds.

Bottom Line: Jealous?
