Gaslight Coffee Roasters

Gaslight isn't really my cup of tea (or coffee! Puns!) as far as coffeehouses are concerned, but nevertheless I enjoyed my first visit and will definitely return.

I wouldn't recommend Gaslight to people who like girly coffee drinks. Serious coffee drinkers only: Gaslight's brews put hair on your chest. However, there is a nice tea list for those with weaker constitutions.

I am a coffee-enjoyer but not a connoisseur, so I asked the barista to give me a run down of their offerings and explain this whole Pour Over business. The gentleman did so with a surprising lack of pretension. And he complimented my outfit! Hurray for nice people!

Gaslight is not cozy, but it is beautiful. I managed to snag a table and proceeded to nurse my cup of coffee for 3 hours while getting some work done. Or at least I tried; Gaslight is great for people watching and other such distractions!

i needed a place to kill a few hours working - and this did the job.  BEAUTIFUL PLACE.  do not really loved the taxidermy though.

4th visit to Gaslight coffee roasters and gotta say, super disappointed. The interior is awesome and cozy, first couple times lattes were good, but last night took friends there and all our lattes were terrible. Not sure if it's the new faces they have behind the counter but the lattes we got were really burnt bitter. Asked the barista nicely to remake me a new one due to this one being really bitter & unsweetened and the barista says "we sweetened it!". Four orders of the same identical drink shouldn't taste all completely different.
