Revolution Brewing Co

I love this brewery!!! The beer are amazing and they have a really good selection. I love the bottom up wit, coup d"etat, and the a little crazy. The food is delicious and they offer quite a few vegetarian and vegan dishes. Their burgers and sandwiches are very tasty. The beer cheese soup is AMAZE BALLS. You must order that when you visit. This place gets pretty busy on the weekends so I try to go during weeknights, no wait!

I'm going to echo a lot of the positive reviews of this place and say that we had a great experience here. I don't make it into the city too often, so this was a real treat to go here.

I'll start with the food: it was amazing. I am a vegetarian and had the tofu revolution sandwich with a spicy mustard and swiss cheese - DELICIOUS! I like tofu anyway, so a lot of you are probably shaking your heads at that statement and saying "screw that, where's the meat?," But for all my veggie comrades out there, this vegetarian sandwich was a hit. The fries are delicious and the portions were perfect.

We ordered the cheese plate as an appetizer but unfortunately our waiter forgot. They were SUPER busy on a Saturday afternoon at 2:30pm, and I go easy on the wait staff at any place because it's a stressful job when it's that busy. He came by and apologized (caught it himself, no one told him), which we appreciated and didn't give the guy a hard time. He did a good job overall.

I had the Coup D'Etat, the Double Fist, and the Anti-Hero (which I've had before in the suburbs). I ended up taking a growler home of the Coup D'Etat. I would have purchased multiple growlers if it didn't mean I'd have about 5 of them in my fridge, lol.

I love that this place exists. It's on par with Half Acre in terms of city breweries, although I have to give Revolution the upper hand because I like their beer slightly better, plus they have food (not just food, but GOOD food). More seating as well and we didn't have to wait for a table.

Fun place to go. Highly recommend.
