  Music that is so loud, you have to scream at the people you're with in order to have a conversation. The service is slow and ever since changing from the Kew Club, this bar draws more of an undesirable crowd. The new owners can run a Peruvian restaurant, but clearly don't know anything about neighborhood bars.

  Good food, good music and a nice crowd. No bar with lots of space. Went here to watch the Mayweather fight and celebrate my birthday with a big group and was well accommodated. Would definitely go back and if I lived locally I would go here regularly. .

  Was there last night the place was packed Great atmosphere they have a great crowd the service was incredible . Being that the place was so packed I thought it was going to take forever to get drinks but to my surprise the service is incredible fast service Food came out fast and on time the food is amazing they are definitely way better and a step up from the old Kew club the hangar 11 is the new hot spot not only in Kew gardens but in all of queens

  Im not sure what the fuss is about this is still the same bar but BETTER. They have added TVS, revamped the menu, added better furniture, and just all around fixed up what was lacking. The staff is the still the same the prices are still the same. They did not change in to a completely different bar. They still continue to host specials on certain days, ladies night, boys night, and a DJ on weekends etc. I think its great for a local bar. No other bar nearby offers what the Hangar Bar does. And I love the new airline theme. Perfect.

  I am not pleased at all. The bar food is horrible. Music is terrible. I liked the old kew better. Please change menu. I like the outside open space better. It changed the entire neighborhood.

  First time here since the change over from The Kew Club. Only about 11 people and service was less to be desired.
  
  Common sense dictates that most folks that will be served are airline personnel. Yes pilots are notoriously cheap (Just a fact and opinion) though flight attendants wait on people day in/out.
  
  So their expectations when they are not working is going to be great service, attention to detail and courteous staff members.
  
  Unfortunately The Hanger 11 did not touch expectations.
  
  I look forward to possibly trying it again in a few months seeing is The "Experience" improves

  Huge bar- check!
  Flat screens- check!
  Tasty menu- check!
  Did I  mention Beers on TAP?! CHECK!!
  Huge airy space. Lots of tables yet not cluttered like other bars. Flat screens tune into every game on. Theres a DJ on weekends. A jukebox where you hear your jam in a second. Friendly staff, fast service. This place is gonna be here for a while!
  Large enough for groups. Love the outside patio  and ladies night on Weds. The theme is vintage Pan-AM in a hangar but the vibe is modern, hip and sexy. Ill be back!
