2 hours 45 minutes.. THAT is how long it took my order to get to my door. Even as John, the manager, consistantly mislead me and told me it would be there in 10 minutes after I started calling when it was 1 hour and 30 minutes late..already.
This is THE CRAPPIEST store in the chain. Horrible managers that work there, inept delivery people .. Do the owners not have a clue what is happening there.. is there no accountability, no training? You all lost a good customer and I have turned a number of folks on to you.... let's see how many I can turn off seeing you feel it necessary to mislead and disrespect your patrons...Second time, and last time, you folks dont seem to care at all about people that BUY your product (Andersonville/Chicago store)

I'm not sure why we still order here. Here are some of the lowlights:

- The website is a pain in the butt. I have to use Firefox, which stinks.
- You would think early delivery would be a good thing, but it is not. If you're not home, it blows. I would just settle for delivery within the window you request.
- About a third of the time, something is missing from the pizza or salad.
- The worst is the salads. We use to like the Cobb Salad, but now it's just hard chunks of white lettuce and very, very, very few toppings.

For a chain and take & bake! The only reason I'm not giving them a 5 is because the website needs some work...Still we are definitely fans of HomeMade Pizza Company.
Not only are they close to our house, the product is delicious. LOVE the crusts.

Regular pizzas sure, but we tend to gravitate toward the calzones. Either way, it is a great and quick meal to bring home after a long day. When you just want to sit on the couch, watch a movie, eat pizza and have a great Cabernet. (Or beer if you prefer) Order with HomeMade Pizza!!

We've been back many times and they've always been terrific for us.
