Pastuer

The best cocktail bar in Edgewater.  I took a friend here for birthday cocktails and we had an absolute blast chatting with Paul Tran.  He crafted some custom drinks for us and was very passionate and informative.  We brought the in-laws and the staff were extremely understanding and helpful, making the experience enjoyable and fun.  The food has been consistently good but it's not cheap.  If you want cheaper eats go to Argyle street and be adventurous.  Still, this is a lovely spot and is well worth checking out and the cocktails would put a smile on the face of a dying man.

We ate at Pastuer last night and had a fabulous time!!!  While the food and atmosphere were amazing, the best part of our evening was Morgan, our waiter.  He answered all our questions and really helped create an ideal evening and a terrific combination of foods.  I would highly recommend this restaurant and can't wait to return with friends!
