Burke's Public House

I'm not a sports person, or a sports bar person.  But if you want to watch some, you can do so here.  Not over the top with the whole sports thing and the bartender lady that works there is very cool and nice.  They carry a great selection of beers outside of the usual domestic mainstream stuff.  Drinks specials on a daily basis and they serve food too.

Good place to watch a Bears game, grab a couple apps, and have a nice burger.  Last time there had the Burke and Bacon Burger.  They have a good menu of bar food.  The service has always been spot on.  

Will be going back to try other things on the menu.

David and I love this place. We live in Uptown and whenever we can't think of decide to go, we go here. The food is so much better than regular bar food. Head Chef Mary is a genie! Great sports bar. Manager/Owner Brendan Costello feels like our friend too, just by going back time and time again.
