I really liked the vibe of this bar. It isn't fancy but has a nice decor and is pretty dark inside. The two female bartenders were really friendly and nice. I don't know if they have this deal all the time or if I was there during some sort of happy hour, but you can get two bottles of Miller High Life for $4. Nice deal! There are a good amount of restaurants and stores in the area so it is a place you could hang out at for a while. Everything was clean. There are couches that looked comfy for you to lounge on, and a pool table. The jukebox was cool and they play a lot of rock music. I could definitely return to this bar and hang out for a while.
Review Source:Hayden is a small, old school dive bar that I can imagine myself going to after a hard days work or a place to catch up with my guy friends. Â I say this because its usually quiet and possesses a relaxing like atmosphere. Â This place has one pool table and a jukebox that plays old hits. Â There aren't any TVs in here so you wouldn't be able to watch a game, but like I said, this bar is a place to turn off your mind and drink. Â The well-drinks could be cheaper, but the beers are reasonably priced. Â One positive consolation is that the well-drinks are served heavily with alcohol. Hayden gets a deduction of one star because they don't serve food. Â I feel every bar should at least serve some fries. Â
I'll likely come back one of these days if Im in the area, but I wont be overly ecstatic about it. Â It's a big bonus being next to my favorite shoe store (Proper) in the world though! Â
Extra Notes:
-Small restrooms that could be cleaner
-Decor that is confusing and not related to any one theme
-Great Ambience
-Cash Only?
