Visited the Colts Grille for Devour Downtown before DD started and they were nice enough to honor the menu and prices. Â That was very nice of them and they went out of their way to take care of us. Â
Guys - you MUST check out the restroom for the view. Â (Or so my husband says. Â Gave him stage fright for a minute.)
The food on the DD list offered up the spinach dip which was amazing and I will surely get it again at regular price. Â The Smoking Goose Duck is so good. Â I had the pork chops and am sad to say that the cut of meat were terrible. Â They were cooked badly, with a very sticky, odd, smokey honey mustard sauce and the waitress eventually offered to get new ones out. Â The next chops were cooked better, but still had the very weird sauce, and the cuts of meat were still poor. Â As an $18 entree, and on the high end for them, I would suggest they take it off the menu as it was a big let down after eating other things there before. Â My husband's pomegranate chicken was also overcooked/burned and replaced quickly. Â I liked the pomegranate sauce, but it was too sweet for him. Â They gave us a deal on the bill, so all was good. Â
In summary, the waitress was amazing, the visit to the table by the chef was very much appreciated and will bring us back to try again. Â They made up for the food and we will recommend this restaurant.
I had heard good things about this place. Â I am glad it had good word of mouth, because a sports bar is not usually my scene and I wouldn't have ever thought about coming here.
I made the mistake (maybe it was good fortune) to come here during the playoffs when it was super busy. Â The hostess asked if my party of 5 had reservations, and I sort of laughed because THIS IS A SPORTS BAR RIGHT? Â Nope! Â Turns out it was super busy and we ended up waiting for about a half hour. Â
However, it was worth the wait. Â We ordered the spinach dip and the chips with salsa and queso for apps. Â Both of these were delicious! Â We scarfed them up and washed 'em down with a bucket of beer- perfect football watchin' food. Â Their menu features a lot of burgers, so those were our go-to choices. Â
My burger was delicious, and cooked perfectly. Â It was a standard burger done right. Â My boyfriend's veggie burger was also good (according to him, I was too busy eating the real deal to sample a fake burger patty). Â One of the guys we dined with got a burger with grilled cheese sandwiches for buns. Â He loved it- who wouldn't?
All in all, good service, fun atmosphere when watching a game and yummy food! Â If I was single, this would be a good place to come guy-scoping (just a hint for all the single ladies out there!)
Listen up people:
There are some seriously magical changes happening on the menu of Indianapolis Colts Grille. Let's start with the spinach artichoke dip that once housed your regular prosciutto but now has been kicked up a notch with Smoking Goose's duck prosciutto. The team at Indianapolis Colts Grille has went out of their way to revamp the menu giving special attention to Indiana farmers and artisans. I, like most others, wrongly approached the Grille upon my first visit expecting pure sports bar food. However, I was delightfully surprised to find one of the best veggie burgers I've ever had - cabbage, carrots, beans and rice all upon a wheat bun. Better yet, if I want to wash it down with a brewski, they have dozens of Hoosier beers to choose from. Â
And if you are looking for game-watching food like wings and burgers, they have that too. I'm especially attracted to their burger of the day and wild game style offerings like elk and ostrich. I'd say one of their menu highlights is the mac n' cheese - it was quite good but a bit heavy for me - probably something I'd desire more at 2 in the morning after a wild night doused in gluttonous desires.
I have yet to try out their prime outdoor seating on Washington Street along the Cultural Trail. Give it a couple of months and I'll be eating a veggie burger à l'extérieur.
I've been to colts Grille a few times for different events, but yesterday was my first visit to watch a game and grab a meal. Â The best way I can think to describe this place is sports bar meets trendy restaurant. Â TVs are everywhere and I love that they put team logos on each tv to show what game is currently on, and what will be on later in the day. Â Unlike most sports bars I've been to, they even pump the game volume through the bar of the feature game... even if its not an IN team. Â As a Louisville fan, it was great to be able to hear the game too.
We ordered a burger and a flatbread. Â Both were tasty and there was a lot on the menu my wife and I wanted to try. Â All in all, I'm eager to head back to watch and eat!
I have been to this restaurant twice now. I have to say that I was very much not impressed by the staff both times. The first time I was there I had asked the food runner if he wouldn't mind bringing by some salad dressing to our table. When asked what kind I asked what kind they carried in the kitchen. He described their Strawberry Cilantro Vin which sounded amazing. The food runner then brought me Italian Dressing. I was very disappointed since he made the Stra-Cila vin sound so good. He then became kind of lippy and brought back the correct dressing. I don't think that I deserved attitude when I was told I was receiving one thing and then brought something else. My dinner that night was also not very exciting as I had ordered a dish that the menu indicated had broccoli in it. It was between two things for me but since the one I did not choose had baby corn and water chestnuts in it (two things I dislike) I decided on something else. When I received my meal there was not one piece of broccoli present but there WAS water chestnuts and baby corn. I picked them out and ate the rest which was pretty tasty just another disappointing thing from the kitchen.
I was approached by the owner while at work in a local hotel. He asked me about my experience before I knew he was the owner. He apologized and notified me that he had hired a new general manager gave me a card to comp my meal the next time I went in. He was a great guy.
So I gave it another shot. I met the manager who was fairly personable. The service was lacking yet again. He didn't really help out with the menu and then continued to rush us through our meal. He brought out our check about 4 mins after bringing our meals. The server did not even bother offering us dessert. We asked him if he was in a rush to leave since he was rushing us out the door. He said yes that he had a party to go to. Why didn't he just ask another server to take over for him?
I will not go back. The food was not worth the terrible service.
This sports bar has a clean and contemporary atmosphere. The food menu consists mostly of sandwiches and burgers. Â There are plenty of televisions to watch the game and the bar itself appears well stocked with a selection of beers on tap.
I'll definitely go back again, but, next time I'll try something else. Â I didn't care much for the sandwich I ordered, but, the tater tots were awesome. Â This leads me to believe they can cook some good food here, I just have to figure out what I like.
During my first visit I experimented with the most decadent item I could find: a deep fried cheeseburger. Â It wasn't bad, but, it also wasn't very good. Â It was a burger patty, well done, add cheese and put it in a bun. Â Then take the whole thing dip it in batter and deep fry it. Â Honestly it sounded a lot better than it tasted. Â It was just way too heavy and I've come to the conclusion I like my burgers more the traditional style.
I spent New Year's Eve at this small bar adjacent to the Embassy Suites downtown. I loved the atmosphere - it was lively but not too crowded. The staff was really nice and gave us free NYE hats and champagne at midnight. There was a great sound system alternating between dance music and the NYE Times Square telecast. Afterwards, I could walk back to the hotel without even going outside. It was a good time.
Review Source:Last night was my second visit to this restaurant and had it been my first visit, I'm not sure I would go back for a return visit. Â We started off with an order of the boneless wings appetizer, which was good, although the chicken seemed a bit chewy compared to the same order on our first visit.
We next ordered dinner and all three of us ordered burgers, all of them were very good, I have no complaints about the burgers. The disappointing part of the meal is with the french fries, all of the fries were soggy and way too greasy. Now it may seem like a trivial matter, but how can a higher end restaurant screw up an order of fries? Again, the meal was much better on our first visit, the fries were crispy and tasty, not soaked in grease.
The other disappointing part of the night is solely the responsibility of the wait staff. Â When a waitress brought out the appetizer, she very nearly threw the plate down on the table and almost spilled two drinks and walked away without saying anything or even asking who was getting the appetizer. Â A bad night for her maybe? Â We also had very so-so service from our main waiter. Â At various times throughout the meal we ran out of drinks, didn't get extra napkins and at the end of the dinner, he brought us the wrong bill.
It was such a complete turnaround from the first visit which was five star in every way possible, but not last night. Â Maybe a post holiday hangover from the wait staff to the cooks? Â Possible, I think we might give them another visit in the future and see. Â
A few things still remain top shelf from the very good beer menu (would like to see more local brews such as Sun King, Triton, Fountain Square brewery etc.) to the one way mirrors in front of the urinals and all of the Colts themed items and autographs in the restaurant.
This place is a sports bar +. We went here after the Indianapolis monumental marathon which was a Saturday night. Â The place was packed. Tv's every where, with all the games you could watch. Â We sat in the bar and got waited on right away. My wife got a burger and I got the chicken quesadilla. The food came out very fast considering how busy it was. The food had good flavor and was good all the way around. If you like sports bars, this is a very cool place.
Review Source:I didn't come here expecting more than the standard sports bar fare. I went on a quiet night, but the staff was super attentive. Our waiter was a craft beer aficionado and have me a free sampling of some beers.
The food was pretty decent and above average. I got the turkey burger which was a bit soggy but good. If you're looking for a sports night out with the guys in Indianapolis your first and only stop should be Colts Grille.
I have to say I had low expectation for this place. Â I figured it was just another "me too" sports bar trying to take advantage of its proximity to Lucas Oil Stadium.
I was wrong. Â This place is very good. Â The decor is sports-themed for sure (there are HDTVs everywhere, but it is also well-suited for a business lunch.
The burgers are well-designed and they source quality meats which are a must in my eyes.
The men's room has a must-be-seen one-way mirror so you can see the bar area and not miss a second of whatever game you were watching.
We went with a group of seven to watch MNF. Started with apps that were very good then it went down hill from there. The waiter said he was there only on week. The reason I say that is he got all but two of us the wrong menu items. What I had which I didn't order was great and healthy. My wife's order was undercook. But the waiter tried real hard, a real plus.
Review Source:The food continues to wow, though they have pared down their menu (probably a smart thing -- it was pretty overwhelming before). Â They now have sweet potato tots, which intrigue me, but I went with a cup of chili instead. Â It was very good, although the menu says topped with red onion but it was actually topped with green onions. Â Still tasty. Â The boneless wings are great if you are a heat wimp. While the flavor was very good and their wings were not overly breaded, on a heat scale of 1 - 5, their buffalo sauce is a 2 at best. Â
I had to update my review to give props to Walter, our server the other day. Â Our coworker and I came here after deciding against giant lines at two other restaurants, so we were pressed for time. Â When we ordered, I told Walter that we were short of time and asked him to please bring our checks with the food. Â I also, showed him my Yelp check in for 10% off (woo!).
Our food came out promptly and he brought our checks, already separated, and with the 10% already off. Â He came back shortly thereafter and cashed out our bills. Â He did a great job of getting us through timely without making us feel rushed. Â Bonus -- even after we paid, he kept coming back to check on us until we left. Â We made it out in 45 minutes. Â I will definitely ask to sit in his section when I go back.
Been here for Sunday and Monday games. Staff is very attentive. Lots of great TVs. I really like the way they manage the games and there are three different rooms for sound. Â DJ and lighting effects. Â So much fun. Â Awesome salsa, deep fried pretzels...yum. Â Lots of good beer but the margarita ordered by my GF was weak or missing any kick. Â I look forward to more visits.
Review Source:I've been to the Colts Grille on multiple occasions with coworkers. It's a great place to watch a game and the bar area, which is shaped like a football, has an absurd amount of television for your rooting pleasure. The food has always been good... especially the Ostrich Burger, which was on their exotic game menu. Worth a stop!
Review Source:I've been to the Colt's Grille probably 5 times. Â It seems each time I'm a little less impressed. Â The first trip was kinda cool seeing all of the cool Colts Decor and the one way glass in the men's bathroom and all. Â Beer was cheep at $2.50 for a 22oz bud light. Â The next few visits were about the same.
I went there last weekend before the Colt's first preseason game and I guess the new feel of the bar must be wearing off because the crowds were light. Â It seemed the staff may have taken new jobs at Tilted Kilt..... Â My buddy and I were sitting at the bar and I noticed that a bar back was putting several draft beers in the refrigerator below the bar. Â I asked the waitress what he was doing and she said he was preparing for it to get busy. Â Well that never happened and some of those beers were in there for over an hour. Â Luckily I didn't have to drink a beer that had gone flat, she poured us fresh ones.
I'll probably still stop in there from time to time for a beer(fresh only), but I won't be ordering any overpriced food there. Â I do like their TV set up and they play little games with a DJ which is kind of unique and cool. Â These are the only things keeping the review at 3 stars.
OK maybe 2.5
I have lunched there on a half a dozen occasions mostly with small groups I have hosted. I really want to like the place. Big Colts fan - and I understand it is a franchise of theme stores that have little to do with the Colts.
The service has been generally good to ok.
The food never better than ok. It has grand descriptions but fails to provide anything other than bland results. Tried a number of dishes.
Fairly pricy for lunch crowds and overpriced for what I get.
Lots of TV's but let's say if the British Open is on ESPN live and I am watching week to months old sports I would say someone in management is not paying attention - or is handcuffed by corporate policy.
Convenient location in downtown Indy. Â It was recommended to us by the woman working the desk at our hotel (Conference Place at IUPUI). Â We're out of towners, so we took the recommendation and went with it.
We were a little worried when we walked in and saw the place was absolutely empty at 6:45pm on a Tuesday - prime dinner time. Â Our service was fabulous. Â The waitress was probably only 18 or so, but she did a fine job. She was friendly and engaging.
There were three people in our party. I ordered the Bangkok Burger with sweet potato fries. The others ordered a turkey sandwich w/ fries, as well as quesedillas. Â We all enjoyed our food. Â My burger was really tasty, and the sweet potato fries were wonderful.
We ordered the mini pierogies for an appetizer, and they were decent, as well.
This place has a super-fully-stocked bar with 40ish beers on tap. (WIN!) Â There are at least 20-30 TVs in the place as well. Â I can only imagine what this place is like on football Sunday.
Perhaps one of the most disappointing food experiences that I've ever had. Â
I was visiting Indianapolis from out of town and found this place near my hotel. Â I ordered the turkey burger, and what was served to me was shocking. Â Completely plain burger, no toppings whatsoever, and a terrible presentation. Â See photo at http://bit.ly/LG1XqW. Â Maybe the quality of the food is supposed to match the quality of the team for that year, I don't know.
The bar is nice and there are tons of TVs, but I will never eat here again.
Delicious meal! A little pricey but the food was pretty decent. It is right across the street from the Hyatt Regency where my group was staying so it is conveniently located, also near several other large downtown hotels.
They have an area in the front of the restaurant over looking the street for group packages.
First restaurant I hit up when I arrived to Indianapolis since it was right across the street from my hotel. Â I ordered the Bulgogi Korean BBQ Beef Salad that included water chestnuts, bamboo shoots, and baby corn. Â It was a little to spicy for my liking so I asked the server for vingarette. Â I should've asked ahead of time if it was spicy.
I then came here two days later for lunch with my co-worker and ordered the Mediterranean Chicken flatbread. Â It was ok, nothing special. Â There was barely any chicken pieces and actually a bit too salty for my palate. Â
There were a lot of TVs with sports games and the service was good which is a plus.
Dang - I forgot to log-in first and then I lost the previously typed review! Yelp - can you fix this? Maybe not allow us to do a review until we're logged in?
Anyway - enjoyed our visit. What you would expect from a sports bar - high tables, fried foods aplenty, many TV screens, and lots of Colt's collectibles.
We had a large group and were seated promptly although the wait for food was a bit long - I'll cut some slack due to the fact we had 2 dozen. Service was very good - server kept our orders correct and even delivered them in the way they were taken.
I'll give them an extra star for unusual food offerings; even though the food was average. I had the fried alligator sandwich and sweet potato fries - both heavily seasoned. Perogi appetizer was good and thank goodness I ordered an app due to the long wait. Fellow across from me order the deep-fried cheeseburger - this has to be seen to be believed.
Gentlemen - check out the disturbing but "safe" men's room with the one-way mirror facing the bar.
Worth the visit.
On business trip to Indy during the NBA playoffs, my coworker and I wanted to make sure we caught the 76ers, so we hit up all the sports bars within a close walking distance to our hotel. Colts Grille, which is right across the street from the hotel we were staying at, the Hyatt Regency, was by far the best. They had a plethora of beers on draught and really good food. I especially liked the fried pretzels and the chicken quesadillas. Our waitress was perfectly attentive and overall we had a really great experience. Even if you're not a Colts fan, this sports bar is a great place to catch a game.
Review Source:What a disappointment! Â This place is a case study in attempting to do too much and not really delivering on anything. Â The space is divided into two main areas: an upscale sports bar replete with televisions and a more traditional sit-down area. Â The layout is awkward to me. Â Regardless of whatever time I pop in, this place always seems dead, perhaps they need to do a better job advertising deals? Â
The wait staff is friendly and appropriately bedecked in Colts gear but the food they are serving leaves a lot to be desired. Â The menu is all over the place from traditional burger and fries to Asian-inspired ("Bangkok Burger" anyone?) to Mediteranean dishes. Â Although I admire the idea behind this attempt, the dishes are largely very bland and leave you longing for something more authentically spiced. Â In theory, this idea could work, but overall poor execution. Â Perhaps this could stand-in as an analogy for the Colts in the playoffs? (I know, harsh swipe, I apologize) Â Â
However, The good: ample televisions and the men's bathrooms that allow for one-way viewing of the sports bar. Â Stalkerish, but cool!
Wow -- one of the worst places we've ever been. From the outside, it looks like no one's ever been in here. Then you get in there, and it doesn't know what it wants to be -- a club or a sports bar. TVs are way too low -- people hitting their heads on them. And music way too loud -- couldn't hear the server nor my partner. Not a place to go and chat, or talk about sports, which is what I thought this was. Plus, the menu has that big blue horseshoe on every page, and you can't see what the words are inside the horseshoe. Try a watermark instead! I bet no one orders anything that's in the horseshoe because they can't read what it says.
Items are overpriced. My burger said it came with tater tots, but yet I was charged extra for them. A lot of items appeared to be interesting, but I couldn't picture what a deep fried burger would be. Or a deep fried this or that. Photos would help.
Big 10 Tournament games let out at 11 p.m. -- place was only serving til before midnight. That was a big mistake. I saw a lot of business walk out your door. And I know due to the music, the weirdness of the place, and the TV safety issue, we will never return. Not even if it was free.
Wow! I dont say this much, but AMAZING FOOD AND SERVICE! I had the edemame ad a deep fried cheeseburger with fries. All was exceptional! My wife had the mini pieroges and mac&cheese. she was thrilled as well. We went last night after the big 10 games and only had to wait 15 minutes while all other places of this caliber where 1.5hr-2.5hr wait. Our server (Nathan) was not to pushy and yet he never neglected to make sure our glasses where full and that we were satisified. He also made great recomendations. We will return!
Review Source:I really want to like the Colts Grille, but after two visits, I have to give it mixed reviews.
The good --
Service has been great each time I've visited. Â I've never had to wait (in fact, in the middle of the lunch hour, it's not full). Â And I absolutely love the sweet potato fries. Â They're worth paying the extra 99 cents to sub in. Â I'd even eat them as the entree if they had them on the menu.
The not-so-good --
The food. Â It's so-so. Â I had a burger the last time I visited. Â I don't remember was it was -- my point being that it wasn't so good it was memorable. Â Today I had the turkey parmesan burger and it really wasn't that good. Â I had to take the bun off of the burger because it got really soggy really quickly. Â My husband had the mushroom gnocchi and liked it though.
This place is super clean, very upscale...its a shame it won't last. Â NO ONE goes here, its always empty, even on Sundays. Â They gave great drink specials (I go for $2.50 pints of Bud Light on Sundays) and the staff is really really nice. Â I'd strongly recommend it. Â I haven't tried the food, but the service, beer specials, cleanliness and location are very very good. Â They're always hiring on Craigslist because no one goes so the staff doesn't make money....I doubt its here in a year but I hope it is!
Review Source:Had the Southwest Club today and it was AMAZING!! Â The sandwich was so very large. Â The avocado was fresh... there is nothing I like more on a tasty sandwich.
The only reason for downgrade of 1-star was the service was MUCH slower today. Â We went in and were told the only tables open were at the bar. Â Upon going to try and sit at the bar, we saw at least 5 or 6 tabes open and clean. Â The waitress took about 10 minutes to come over and take drink orders. Â The service most likely wasn't as bad as I am making it out to be, but they set my standards high on my first visit!
Colts Grille has potential. Â They have a good location downtown that will draw people from the many hotels within walking distance.
The menu is weird at first glance with many Asian themed menu items including sushi. Â Keep looking, though, and you'll find burgers, wings and sandwiches too. Â I ordered the buffalo shrimp wontons appetizers. Â I would not recommend, not much flavor and too greasy. Â I also tried a piece of sushi off a friend's plate, and I won't be ordering that again either. Â Hubby's buffalo chicken sandwich seemed fairly standard, as did the burger a friend ordered.
They had 20 oz Bud Lights for $2.50 which seems like a value for downtown. Â They also had a fairly decent beer and wine list for those looking for more flavorful options. Â
The draw here is definitely the hundreds of TVs making it an awesome place to watch THE big game or several different games going on at the same time (Sunday football, March Madness, etc.) Â However, when I stopped in on a Thursday evening, all of the TVs were showing games from the previous weekend. Â None of the TVs were showing anything live. Â I thought that was kinda weird, but when Game 6 of the World Series came on, they did turn many of the TVs to the game.
Mission Accomplished. First heard about Colts Grille on the news and the one-way mirrors in the restroom. You can continue watching the game while you are doing your business. Had to check out the restroom when I first got there.
I was there for a Happy Hour event and liked the atmosphere. They had a good beer selection but disappointed that the only special was Bud Light (and this is a Wed night). For comparison you can do pitchers at Scotty's for $6-$9 on Wed. They did have 2 for 1 small plates menu which was good if you needed to munch on something.
I really wanted to like this place. Eight of us went here to watch the Colts game, including an infant. It was great that it was family friendly and we could bring a baby along. That's about the most positive thing I could say.
I really had high hopes. I was surprised that there were plenty of open tables during the first quarter, especially for a group our size. At this point in the NFL season, the staff should have their act together. Instead, our server brought the checks before halftime when we planned to stay all game; he took my friend's plate when she was saying that she as still eating her fries; and another friend ordered the mini burgers and had to cut them apart.
On the plus side, a manager picked up a dropped baby toy; we had quick drink service; and the restrooms were in great shape (although only the ladies room had a changing table ... the baby's dad had to wait in the men's room because another dad had to change his baby on the counter).
At times I felt like I was at Chuck E Cheese. Random music (think "We're not going to take it") played during commercial breaks and the DJ broke in at annoying times. (A DJ at sports bar? Really?) To make matters worse, an employee was walking around with an iPad, filming guests, and that was shown on the big screens in lieu of the actual game.
When your entire business is based around the Colts, as crappy as they are this year, cater to the football watching crowd! Otherwise, they will never have any repeat business ...
Seriously one of the strangest dining experiences in quite some time. Not necessarily bad, just weird. The restaurant is a beautiful place. The food is fine. The service is solid....but it got to be too much. Our waiter was way too into his script. He came back to check on us (interrupting conversation) no less than 20 times. We had 3 other people check on us. It was all very nice, but it got to be laughable.
Food was fine. The menu is all over the place. It was just a weird experience.
Stopped in for a meeting with several friends last week. Â Second time I had dropped by. Â Great sports bar and some great food too. Â Maybe I'm to easy, or love almost all foods, but I'll let you know what I enjoyed.
First of all the Mac & Cheese was out of the park delish as was the seared ahi tuna with a caramel sauce that really made it superb. Â The pizza was OK, but not spectacular, thin crust and well prepared. Â Beers out the wazoo and I was glad to see them serving local brews like Sun King (yea!) and Upland.
I'll be back for the food even when there's not a game on the 1,000's of TV's around the place. Â Oh, and each booth has a private TV YOU can change to whatever channel you want to watch. Â How cool is that?
If I could rate service alone, I'd give this place 5 stars, but there is more to a place than just service. Â I visited here during a home Colts game and thought that finding a spot only a block away was going to be a good omen for the entire night. Â It wasn't - for both our party and the Colts.
First, the place was booming when we arrived which was great, and even as busy as it was, we were seated immediately. Â There are TVs EVERYWHERE! Â It doesn't matter where you are seated, you have at least one perfect view of a TV with many others in your periphery. Â Second, our waitress was outstanding! Â She was only 19 and the place is newer, so maybe she hadn't become jaded. Â As busy as it was when we arrived, she payed just the right amount of attention to us - not overbearing and not leaving us with our glasses empty and always had a smile on her face. Â She reminded me of my puppy - ecstatic to see anyone and not annoying at all! Â
Now to the parts that bring the review to 3 stars. Â While their menu is huge, that isn't always a great thing. Â I think they are trying to be too many things all at once - American, Asian, seafood, bar food.. you name it, they had it. Â The prices were a little expensive, too, but I am not a frequent downtown diner, so maybe that is standard. Â Aside from one of us, we stuck with appetizers that are hard to mess up - fried breadsticks and nachos. Â Both were good - not great. Â Aside from the menu and food - during the actual football game, they were constantly telling the crowd when to cheer. Â This is not my first football game to watch, and I'm pretty aware of when the Colts do something for which I should cheer. Â They would also put graphics all over the TV monitors which would then make the actual game picture smaller and hard to see. Â It was just annoying.
I probably would not come back, but try for yourself - I seem to be in the minority.
I didn't have incredible expectations for this sports-bar type of place but the food turned out to be very good - beating my expectations. Â They were still working out some kinks with the waitstaff and the kitchen which is to be expected days after opening but the staff was friendly and accommodating. Â With a group of five people and everyone enjoyed their meals ranging from fish to burgers.
Tons of well placed tv's and well run - personal pet peeve is sports bar who don't understand where to put their tv's and what games to put on ... too many of them don't care... kinda like how CBS handles the NCAA tournament, but I digress... Â
Worth mentioning is the cool, one-way glass above the men's room urinals allow you to check out the bar scene and tvs in the bar area while in the restroom. Â Cool but creepy.
