Jimmy's Jigger

After a Friday/Saturday combo work time of 30 hours, I met my work friends here for the round I owed them.  Dark, quiet enough to converse without being eery, and great atmosphere.  The beer selection is pretty good, both tap and bottle.  The waitress was friendly but slow.  She apologized, but it was a consistent issue.  Well, I had my blackened tuna from Jazz upstairs and all was well.  It had been years since I had been in, and I am going to make this a more regular stop from now on.  It will be a nice alternative when Gilhouly's is too crowded.

Classic Dive Bar.  When Jimmy died, Jazz, which was located behind it, bought the space, left the sign on the door, and left the downstairs bar the comfortable quiet dive that it remains to this present day.

Stop by for a quiet drink sometime, or a louder one on the weekends :-)
