The Mark Bar

Good prices, good drinks, good music, pool table and no food so dogs can come in....what's not to like?

This place is kinda bizarre for a normal bar.

I came here one time because Genesis P-Orridge was DJing and when I got there s/he was set up on the pool table.

It's like a regular neighborhood bar except for some reason it has a bidet. If you're bored it's fun to crank the bidet up full blast so the water is cascading off the ceiling, soaking everything in the bathroom.

They used to have $3 happy hour, which was amazing.  They raised it to $4, so basically its just a normal bar now.  They're friendly enough, though, and the crowd is generally unpretentious.  Sometimes they have pizza...often, not. Two unobtrusive TVs.

I've never been on a weekend night, but I hear its crowded and smells.  This could be a draw or a detraction, depending on the crowd (old and smelly is much better to me than 22 year olds wasted on PBR).
