I went here about a year ago and was really disappointed with my experience. Â The food was mediocre at best and the service was not very good. Â Recently, I decided to give this place a second chance. Â
I went here during my lunch break and ordered an mmg wrap. Â To my surprise, It was actually really good.. The sauce that was on the wrap was really flavorful and had a nice subtle bite to it and the chicken was pretty tasty. Â I especially liked how the tomatoes were diced and not really chunky like last time. Overall, the food was great and the service was much better than before.
Simply put, it's just not good. The guy behind the counter was not downright rude, but I would say that he was indifferent. To add to the apathy, and you can call me old school for this, but customers should be called sir, ma'am, or miss, etc., not boss or chief, both of which were used during this visit (not rudely, but still...)
The best way to describe the food (we both had a pasta-chicken dish) would be to say that it was like av over-microwaved TV dinner with extra, extra salt. I thought that it was just me, but the person that I was with felt the same about their meal. The food was so hot, there was no way that it didn't come out of a microwave. Seriously, you will be more satisfied with TV dinners.
There might be some locations that do better with customer service, but with most chain places offering the same stuff from location to location, I doubt that the food is any better at a different place.
Well, I have mixed feelings about the meal I had here. I had the Rocky Balboa wrap which was generally good, maybe grilled chicken and meatballs was not really meshing the way I expected. The staff however was very nice and even handed a buy one get one free lunch card if you brought a friend on your next visit.
Review Source:Horrible! Â Each time is worse than the last. Â Food that should be hot comes out cold. Â "Grilled" foods come out so charred as to be inedible. Â Ridiculous and uncalled for wait often (will be one of three or four people waiting for lunch... and waiting and waiting and waiting), which makes cold or otherwise inedible food even more annoying. Â The prices are fine, I guess? Â Out of line for the area, but not obscene.
Review Source:Update 1/29/2013, the last few times i've gone i've had mediocre service. Â the quality of the food definitely tanked, the staff keeps changing therefore there always seems to be a trainee that messes up, the cucumber salad is always missing vinaigrette, the chicken is always lukewarm at best, there is never any turkey bacon in any of the items that are suppose to have it, etc. Â the last time my coworker got fed up and asked where the turkey bacon was in his burger, the manager said it's in there without even checking. Â after showing him that his and my burger didn't have it he had a staff bring some out to us. Â they seem to be cutting corners with the new management.
maybe it's time to go back to parsippany or another location =/

Great and healthy food for a great price. Â Muscle Maker Grill takes the food you love to eat - Italian, Asian, American, Cajun, Mexican, and Southwestern - and makes them with a healthy twist. Â Most items on the menu are low-carb high-protein; their pasta have an option for 100% whole wheat and their wraps have an option for low-carb wrap.
I love their Rocky Balboa wrap: 680 calories - Grilled Chx Breast, Turkey meatball, reduced fat mozzarella and marinara in an herb wrap. Â On my carbless days I go for the Godfather: 335 calories - Grilled Chx Breast, portabella mushrooms, red roasted peppers, reduced fat mozzarella over a bed of broccoli (gluten and fat free balsamic vinaigrette).
There are a lot of seats, but gets filled very quickly during the lunch rush. Â Also, all orders are made to order so expect a 5-10 minute wait to get your food - I found that if you customize any order it'll take alot longer.
They do deliver and take orders by phone for pick up. Â Friendly staff. Â Make sure you pick up a frequent diner card, buy 10 meals, get 1 free!
