Stopped in here for the first time after running some errands in the neighborhood. It was a cold day and a hot bowl of noodles sounded like just the thing for lunch. Â From the moment I walked in I was impressed. The decor was modern and clean but still warm and inviting. Â The menu was displayed on the wall with full color photos of each dish, including pastas entrees, soups and sandwiches. My eyes immediately spotted the Thai Curry soup. Â I was at first confused that none of the dishes had meat in them but then noticed that a variety of meat selections could be added at a small additional cost. I ordered the soup with chicken. Â It occurred to me that flatbread would go well with this soup, and to my pleasant surprise, the restaurant offers both flatbread and focaccia bread on the menu. Â There was a nice selection of alternative drinks at the counter, including a nice, not-too-sweet peach soda. Â After paying the very reasonable price of less than twelve dollars, I was given a ticket with a number that I took to my table. Â The food was ready in just a few minutes and was served to me on real dishes, not plastic, with a cloth napkin and metal utensils. Â The soup was wonderful! Â Fantastic Asian flavors, not too spicy, with plenty of hearty noodles.
To sum it all up. Wow! Â Table service, a nice dining room, good service, great ambiance, delicious food and real utensils and napkins for under $12.00!!
It doesn't get any better than that. Can't wait to go back!
I don't get the hype for this chain. Maybe I order wrong. "Burn her at the stake!"
I get the Wisconsin Mac and Cheese the times I've gone. I don't know if it's too salty or has too many additives but it makes me bloat like Violet in Willy Wonka.
Everyone I've been with raves about their choices so I'm giving it a 3.
